Alright, time to set the record straight. I moved to the neighborhood nearly two years ago. Having grown up on Papa Murphy’s pizza, I have to say that this is easily the best location I’ve been to in terms of customer service and quality of work. The folks working here are genuine when they ask about your day, will let you know if you could be getting a better deal without it feeling like an upsell, the pizzas are NOTICEABLY better than other locations I’ve been to, and the shop and with areas have never been anything but spotless. The tidiness was something I noticed on the first visit, and it’s been consistent since I’ve gone back. The previous reviews are obviously from a different era, because this location should be where they send people to train. I’ve driven to this location from across town even though their were closer alternatives. Thanks for the hustle!

Order online system does not necessarily work perfect. Employees seem less than interested in helping. Quote it has worked for other people in the past. Look all im looking for is the deal. I feel less than inspired to continie to do business with you if it makes a difference if a call click or walk in. Who knows maybe it just hit me to get Pizza. I dont feel you should punish the customer that wants to reward you with their business. With that said once you are able to unlock the mystery behind online ordering it helps to pays to play the game. I got a coupon for 50% off my second pizza for joining and was credited with the 25% off for ordering online. So i cheap am cheap right? Well that is only part of the story. I was also delayed in getting there and did recieve excellent service in that they held my Pizza. Kind of recognized me when i came in and this time no waiting pizza handed to me i pay and walk out. Maybe i have come to the dark side but i did feel kind of superior as i received the look from others i have given as they continued to wait for their Pizzas and i seemingly had some secret portal where my order went ahead of theirs and was ready for me. This the two stars became three cause yes this is my review aboute and my experience

Always great pizza and dough. Only downfall is the employees always look so miserable, not a single smile. I think it might be management.

My co-workers & I stop going here since they hired a new very rude clerk(a very short lady with a lot of unnecessary make-up). She has really bad attitude and want to charge you on everything single thing(without telling you first). My co-workers & I normally get salad here, it’s $ 6 by itself but if you ask for dressing & croûton she will add $ 1 on top of our bill, «again» without telling you first. The last time I was here, she was upset that I didn’t want to pay extra and didn’t accept the extra charge. She threw in her big attitude and even made«sheeee» noise while I was walking away. I turned around and said that she shouldn’t be doing that and walked away. Once I got to my car, I looked back, she did a hand gesture by the area between front area and the kitchen(I think she was telling someone at the back). We haven’t returned since then!!! Too bad, I normally like to help small businesses and we know this location isn’t all that busy. Oh well, another one bites the dust!

It is tough to complain about a pizza which is under 10 bucks, however the pizza at PM, regardless of type you get, tastes exactly the same! Go ahead, give it the pepsi challenge; a veggie pizza will taste just like the cowboy! PM pizza is decent and is a good pizza if you are hosting a sporting event and need cheap eats but this isn’t good pizza, it is plain and tasteless. I highly suggest getting the cheese and doctoring it up yourself.

My review pertains to the Milwaukie Ave location only. I ordered two regular crust medium cheese(and pineapple!) pizzas and a large de’lite chicken and artichoke(minus the bacon.) When we baked the first cheese pizza, we discovered there was hardly any sauce on it! Pizza 101– The sauce provides the bulk of the flavor in an item primarily composed of bread, salty cheese, and SAUCE. So, I called them up, figuring it must have been a mistake, one they’d want to know about, and maybe they’d send me a coupon to compensate for the over ¾ of a pizza that sat uneaten and declared«yucky» my kids. The gal who answered the phone listened to my complaint and said(oh and I quote) «I don’t really know what you expect me to do about it.» Really? When I was a young person working in food service, if a customer called up and complained about the product, I would’ve had the sense to act like I cared and tried to do something about it. So I suggested that she might want to send me a coupon. Or at least tell her co-workers that SAUCE is important to the pizza and to please remember to put it on the pizzas. She agreed that she could do that. No coupon. No fakey apology just to appease me? No admission that they messed up and gee, sauce isn’t too much to ask on a pizza! So I let her know I wouldn’t be back to that location. Which she probably doesn’t give a hoot about, but the franchisee might. Thanks for ruining pizza-and-movie-night Papa Murphy’s Milwaukie Ave!

Decent take-and-bake pizza at bargain prices. Look for coupons in your junk mail. But… hardly deserving of five stars, and even four would be a stretch!

Delicious! I love the veggie pizzas here and they’re cheaper than pretty much everywhere. I honestly love that you bake it at home because it’s so hot and fresh when you eat it. You can also customize it yourself — sometimes I just get the cheese and then add my own fake pepperoni or farmer’s market veggies. Their pizza is better than the vast majority of places that deliver, too.
