I am scared to write this review because I am greedy and don’t want word to get out about what an amazing healer Elizabeth is. I want to share the information with people I really like, a secret among friends. But after the help and care I received from Elizabeth it would be shameful not to share how wonderful she is with as many people as possible.
I had a persistent knee injury from working out for which I had seen massage therapists and chiropractors but no one was able to help. Elizabeth’s relaxing, subtle realignment as well as home care instructions have gotten me to 95% with my knee.
I wish her great success (and that she’s not too busy to see me when I’m in need of her healing hands.)

Forget about PT or a deep massage, of which I’ve had a lot over the years, Elizabeth, by her light diagnostic touch discerns exactly where I’m out of alignment and gently moves stuff around adjusting with small movements. After healing from two knee replacements, a neighbor suggested I give her a try and I’ve continued for almost a year. At this rate I figure she’ll keep me hiking through my 90’s! Give her a try and you’ll be hooked for life. She’s that good along with being pure joy to be around.

I received Ortho-​Bionomy work from Elizabeth for several months for knee and back issues. Elizabeth is a very compassionate and intuitive body worker who brings a sense of ease to her therapy. What I liked most about her work is that she worked with me vs. on me so it felt more like a partnership. I gained more flexibility and function in my knee and back, and I appreciated that she took her time during the session and was very thorough. I would recommend this work for anyone who wants to feel in more alignment– on many levels.

I first saw Elizabeth after injuring my elbow in a bad fall. My range of motion was very limited and I was in constant pain. I saw immediate improvement after the first visit and had almost 100% range of motion by the third visit. I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough. Thanks!

I honestly can’t say enough about Elizabeth. When I first started seeing her, I was struggling with intense back pain that had had an effect on my health and mobility since my teenage years. After my first appointment with her, I was hooked. I have never worked with a more caring, genuine therapist, ever. She is very attentive to your pains and seems to find the areas that are bothering you most without any direction.
When you have a history of back and hip troubles AND you’re pregnant, massage can be a life saver. Elizabeth has worked with me since my first trimester (I’m now in my third) and I can honestly say that she’s the only reason I’m able to get comfortable enough to sleep most nights. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone — no matter how severe your pain. She’s a true healer and I’ve seen so much improvement thanks to her.

What a truly wonderful experience to have Elizabeth work on me. I have hip issues and received a session for Christmas. After my first session my hip was almost totally pain free! I have gone back subsequent times as it has been invaluable on my road to recovery. Elizabeth knows exactly what she is doing and really takes the time to find and address any issues that my be prevalent in your body. She is very easy to talk to and get along with and I always look forward to our sessions. Being my first time I couldn’t really see myself wanting to go anywhere else now!
