This Business SUCKS !
The staff are so beyond rude and awful ! Who ever owns this location must not sleep well at night because it is the worst customer service I have ever encountered!
I was tired from working all day and thought I’d treat myself. I ordered my pizza, took it home, baked it, ate about ¹⁄₅ of it. Lousy but I tried!
Later in the middle of the night I woke up
feeling deathly ill and vomited up my entire dinner. I was sick ! It was the «New «Tuscan, family size !!!
The very next day I returned to the shop with the remainder of the pizza and my receipt !
Here’s what happened :
I walked into this shop and 2 staff were behind the counter .
Neither of them said Hello !
Finally I approached the register area and one girl was reloading the veggies /​cheeses .
Her hair loose and dangling in her face and all over the open food containers .
The girl who came to the register didn’t say a word ! She just stood there ! No «
What can I get for you? Or anything «
Finally I said I bought this pizza here last night and it made me really sick !
They just stood there. One girl finally said «what do you want us to do about it? «
Not in a helpful tone, more like «cram it «lady !
I went on to say that I’d like a refund. She replied «we can’t do that cause that’s from yesterday’s books» .
Implying I was supposed to return it in the middle of the night ?
Right.
I said handing her the remainder of the pizza I spent my hard earned money on … That I would like a refund .
They said» no can’t do that «.
I said «well then can I get credit for another sometime because this one made me really sick ?»!!!
The clerk replies no ! !!!
Not no sorry but just NO !
I just stood there in amazement !
I said «so there’s nothing you can do for me? «
“Nope». ! She replied .
She went on to say «we prepare our ingredients daily and no ones gotten sick before «
I said, «well I did. ! It was greasy and made me very ill «her reply ???
WELL IT’S NOT OUR FAULT, YOU ORDERED THE WRONG PIZZA !!!
I will never return here .
I will tell everyone I know not to shop here .
The staff needs a serious attitude adjustment .
And if they just moved to Portland. I suggest moving back to the rude hole you came from!

We have had two really bad experiences with this location. The first one was a couple months ago. We order two pizzas waited for 45 minutes and our order was wrong. Today they had 20 people in the lobby. I ordered and then found out there were people already there for an hour. People were still coming in. The phones were ringing off the hook. After talking with other people that were waiting, they had been there for an hour and called 45 minutes before that. One person came out of the back and said he was taking break and left. What??? Another person was working on the line and went to the back. The person who said he was takinf a break came back and told everyone waiting to get a free 2 liter of pop. The third person working did not know how to work the register. After several customers who came in after me ordered and then complained and got their orders ahead of me and the people who were waiting for almost 2 hours now. The manager was sorting through tickets to find the oldest one. Two other people trying to help. They still couldn’t organize. I had enough. I went to the counter and advised them” you guys need to get it together. We have people here waiting for unacceptable amounts of time. Noone being consistent in what their job function should be.” The manager stated if we continue to talk we won’t be able to make any orders and you are the only one being rude. So my response to her was «on behalf of everyone waiting I am going to be rude. You need to stop taking orders on the phones get the people who have been waiting for almost hours taken care of. You need to deligate who does what and have them stick to it until you have it under control. «her response back was you are the only person who has a problem. At that point I got a refund and left. I was extremely upset and distressed by this experience. We wanted to give this location another chance but after all the bad experiences and these last two visits I am not going back. This location also had a «Strike» and picketing for breaks and fair treatment last year. What the heck is going on?

Same thoughts as many before me. The kids who work here are rude. Socializing with friends who have come in, having conversations with each other like no customers are there, playing Tupac over the sound system. I only come here because I have kids and a hectic schedule, but I will really try to avoid this location if at all possible. The one star is for the one respectful boy who was there today. Wish I would have gotten his name. They should make him the manager.

YIKES! This location is TERRIBLE! The children who work here are beyond rude and stupid. I strongly suggest that the owner hire adults who have common sense and courtesy. Awful…

I tried to order a pizza from this location at 9:45 pm on a Friday night. I realize they close at 10 pm, but they said ‘no, we are closing in a few minutes’. Then change your closing time, guys! You don’t even have to actually COOK the pizza. Lame.

This location is a HOT MESS. Not only is it dirty but the employees who work there are young highschoolers who are incredibly rude like to talk back and say things such as «you should have known» «I won’t honor it» and so forth. You send out hundreds of coupons on a daily basis yet you can’t just honor one because I forgot mine because what, «It’s gonna break the bank»? I am appalled at the service and Dillion is a rude employee to your customers and it is un-​called for.

I had never experienced take and bake before moving to Oregon, and now I can’t get enough.
The difference in quality is enough to cause me to walk to my nearest Papa Murphy’s instead of sitting on my couch and waiting for Domino’s or Papa John’s. There is just no beating having your pizza built just the way you want it, taking it home to cook it just like you want it and then enjoying it right out of the oven.
Papa Murphy’s always has coupons circulating around and a pizza on special, so your total cost is going to be very comparable, if not less than if you had ordered through one of the delivery chains.
This location is not the cleanest, and the staff are not always the happiest, but the pizza is always superb.

we’ve been utikizing this location for years for our annual pool party. we order 3 family style pizzas: 2 gormet veggie with marinara sauce and one hawaiian for the meat eaters. the staff are all friendly, efficient, and funny. the pizza is fresh and delicious. will return again.

A large half classic Italian, half hawaiian with pepperoni on the Papparoni crust. One $ 2.00 off coupon. Out the door for $ 9.99. Stop at Whole Wild Oats Food next door for beer. Hit Hollywood Video for a rental and you have the recipe for a killer «staying-​in» Friday night!
Honestly, Papa Murphy’s is entirely capable of giving you a great pizza. The price only makes the deal sweeter. Specifically, this location gives the word convenience true, true meaning.
If you haven’t touched take ‘n’ bake since Papa Aldo’s, I highly suggest pre-​heating to 425 and hopping in the car!

So its take ‘n’ bake pizza, so there is not a lot of reviewing to be done. Sometimes I come here because it is cheap and can be very filling. There is no atmosphere, and really no need to comment on anything else, except that you can get three times the amount of pizza for like half the price of any of the Portland local pizza places. I’m just saying…
