Nail Express

Got a pedicure at Nails Express today and had a great experience. The nail tech was very sweet, professional, and thorough. Even though I got the standard pedi (not the deluxe), it still came with a great leg and foot massage. Being 9 months pregnant, this was greatly appreciated! My toenails turned out fantastic — she did a great job trimming my nails to the perfect length and evenness and the polish was applied with precision. The price was extremely reasonable ($ 25 including the nail file kit). Will definitely be going back here again!

Great service, very fair prices, and the staff is accommodating and then some. If you can, book with Hanna. They’re all exceptional but, Hanna takes it to another level. My feet LOVE Nails Express!

Got the deluxe pedicure, $ 35. The massage was definitely wonderful. The ladies all had great personalities! Very fun time! But, my nails weren’t shaped very well though.

Ann was lovely about fixing a spot in my nail where I was growing out a bite from a small dog. She was super nice about making sure the spot wasn’t bothering me as she buffed and put a fake nail on over, to help with the grow out. Her shellac job is EXCELLENT, compared to some not so good ones I have had in the past.

I called this place at 6:45 to find out when they close. Jam, the manager, said they close at 7. When I told her I wouldn’t be able to make it, she said she would wait for me… Until 8! She worked her magic on my hands and feet until 10:00 pm folks! I went here on whim, but after this experience this will become my new nail salon! Clean, friendly, good/​clean work, and very detail-​oriented. I highly recommend Jam as a technician.

I work close by here so this is my go-​to spot for popping in at the last minute for a pedicure. I almost always get an amazing massage (I do ask for someone that works deep) and I often times pay for extra massage time, which is such a nice treat. I went there on New Years Eve a few years back and they were handing out champagne. Always friendly and they get me in pretty quickly.
There are times that I feel like if I book an appointment, I could get bumped if a walk in showed up 5 minutes before my appointment, but I have noticed that same thing at a lot of nail salons.
Reasonable prices and my pedicures always look great! I am 7 months pregnant and plan to schedule a few appointments just for some massage time. I think they would be willing to just do the massage and skip the pedicure, hoping so anyways.

Worst mani pedi ever. Uneven nail length, sloppy polish, and attitude. I’m not going there again.

Ouch! The nail tech hurt my toes. She didn’t speak english so another tech told me that my nail was curving inward so she had to «dig it out.» No warning, I was just stabbed.
When finished, I was overcharged by $ 4 on my pedicure. The manicure was about $ 2 more than they said when I made my appointment. I believe I paid $ 52 and the tech «preferred cash or a check made out directly to her.»
My nails looked dull and chipped the next day.
