Dr. Christine Martin is as good as it gets for your kids. What won me over? She listens to my kids. She knows how to talk to them. She’s great with my outgoing kid (girl, 6 yo) and slow and quiet and magic with my shy serious kid (boy, 4 ½ yo).
She listens to me patiently with my mile long lists of questions and concerns. Anything she doesn’t have an immediate answer for, she will research tirelessly and follow up with me after the appointment within a day or two. She makes herself available when she is not in the office; she is the closest thing to an old fashioned country doctor we’ve ever experienced.
She sees us on-​time. The most we’ve ever waited was 10 minutes.
The icing on the cake that knocked my kids socks off was the day that she tore the exam table paper off, made superhero capes and raced the kids down the hallway at the clinic. My shy, quiet kid loves her so much, he asked me to go play with her the day after SHOTS!
While she is not a naturopath, she is very holistic in her care, and totally respectful of my non-​interventionist values. She is, hands down, one of the best docs we’ve ever seen.
