SAME review as the 72nd location. I normally don’t review chains because their basically the same. And even if you receive poor service at one, the turn over is so high, it can happen anywhere. But this is a franchise, not a corporately owned location, and boy does it deserve a review. Apparently, franchises can charge whatever they want, and I feel that the new owner has taken advantage of customers who live and work the area. These are rather outrageous increases, we’re not talking a nickel or dime here, though that alone adds up. We’re talking 30% increases depending on the items! I wish Mcdonalds didn’t allow their franchises to do this, it makes Mcdonalds look bad when a location is so much spendier for the exact same items and/or doesn’t accept coupons. I don’t know if this one accepts coupons, some don’t, but as a customer you don’t know if you are going into a franchise or corporate store, so it’s a drag to go into one that is more expensive than corporate and/or doesn’t accept coupons. Although many do say on the coupon which is good. They should all be priced the same for the area. If you own a franchise, you can make more money by offering better service, fresh food(not cold food that sat there), and better marketing, not simply jacking up prices.

No wifi, no charging outlets like all other McDonald’s. Dirty, unorganized and a place where bums hang out and mingle. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. I have gone through the drive– thru to order an iced tea. The worker actually told me that they lost the iced tea. HOWDOYOULOSETEA??? McDonald’s corporation, please do an investigation on this establishment.

Right now I’m looking at two drugged-out customers –a man and a woman– shaking all over themselves and talking loudly, disrupting the«peaceful» atmosphere. The woman decided to urinate in her pants and the guy keeps standing and sitting down over and over, undecided. Aren’t drugs great? Looks like the management and employees are okay with this. I’m not. Doesn’t look like anybody else is either. But nobody says a word. This McDonald’s smells like unwashed bodies, and upkeep is lacking. The tables are dirty and the air is swamped with flies. The only thing going for this McDonald’s is that they seem to always get my order correct. Good job, employees! Let’s take pride in our work and fight the good fight of not serving the drugged patrons of Tigard. Don’t get me wrong: I feel bad for the drugged-out customers. But there needs to be a standard of service expectations here.

Bad customer service, very unorganized, very slow, they just don’t know how to run a Reataurant.

Seen one, seen ‘em all, for the most part. This one hasn’t been all fancied up with multiple drive thru’s and all that, but the service was super fast for morning rush hour. It took longer to get into and out of the parking lot than it did to place our order and get our food, and that included waiting for the guy in front of us who insisted on changing his order at least six times. It’s breakfast dude, we’re all tired. Just pick something. I was impressed with the friendly and professional service when we ordered and received our meals, as always, I quickly checked to make sure we had everything and noticed they even stuck some napkins in the bag, Nice! Is it OK if I use the word«Delicious» to describe my egg McMuffin, just this once? I was really tired, it saved me from cooking, and being late, and having a grumpy morning. Thanks McDees!

It’s cheap, edible, and fast.(Fast food). Actually didn’t eat here myself but I bought a couple meals for a homeless man sleeping under a tree. That said, not expecting miracles here but the food happily fed someone :).

This café has the warmth of a family kitchen. When I first stepped in here I knew it was going to be good(no, make that great) because of the tangy smells that flooded and coursed into my nostrils. But the rich smells were only the beginning. The flavor of the sandwich was heavenly and sensual. The fries were lushly salted. Only downfall? Somewhat pricey. But I can overlook that and still heartily recommend this café.

It’s a McDonald’s, and is about what you’d expect. The location is just off 99W, not too bad to get to, but the drive-through is… interesting because it’s just off an entry driveway to the shopping center, but it’s easily backed up at busy times. Also, it wraps the whole building; lots of sharp left turns. But the service and food is what you’d expect, so.

Its open 24 hours a day. It’s McDonalds. What do you expect? Delivery truck blocks the drive-thru, so check carefully
