Three times in a little less than a year we have visited this McDonalds for ice cream sundaes and each time the drive through has a paper taped to the speaker that says they are out of ice cream. ITHASBEENEVERYTIMEWEGOTHERE! I am almost embarrassed to write this review, but damn get your act together.

This McDonald’s at the bottom of the Montavilla hill is okay. It’s not any worse than other locations of McDonald’s per se. It’s clean and despite how the exterior sometimes looks unsavory, the inside is fine. When it comes down to things, the dilemma here is that this is 82nd Avenue, and it’s got lots of competition, including Vietnamese sandwiches for less than three dollars. This was one place that I went to along my walk. I found it better than I had thought it to be. Still, there’s better. I got their medium fries for two dollars and then I had them peaceably. I’ve rated McDonald’s four stars and I would rate one five perhaps if it were in the middle of a desert I was crossing the sands of and it had low prices. The food is okay, and has it’s place in feeding the world. There were lots of seats. Go here only if you need to.

If you’re going to offer apple pay. Please teach your employees how to use it. Kind of annoying when you don’t have your wallet and they are clueless

Came inside to eat. A really nice kid was working the front. Very friendly and pleasant. He would wipe down tables, stock, and sweep when he had any down time from taking orders. It’s nice to see people taking pride in their job and giving good customer service. Thanks McDonald’s guy, I appreciate you.

Cold food, wrong orders, and bad service. What a horrible experience on several occasions. I work late and my options for 3 am snacks are limited so I’ve given this location several opportunities to redeem themselves. Sadly every time I’ve visited I’ve been disappointed and even have been brushed off by the managers.

They had a handwritten sign that said«sorry closed for break», then deliberately avoided eye contact with us when trying to ask when«break» would be over. When we finally spoke to someone they told us to wait 10 more minutes and after that it would be cash only. What society do we live in that I have enough cash for three McDoubles, two frozen strawberry lemonades, and a hot fudge Sunday?

I went in this morning to get coffee and mc muffin, inside at 6:00am. This young man asked if he could help me. This is where my experience went bad. I thought I recognized him I said«what’s your name? «He said I don’t need to tell you !» I was shocked. I said no really !! He now said it was none of my business. I asked arn’t you supposed to have a name badge on. I don’t need one, I’m the manager ! He then asked me to leave, wow

Seriously. One Person on the registers. It was not that busy but it’s lunch time. The ice was empty. I watched for 20 minutes as people kept trying it and had to go to counter to get ice. The girl knew it was empty, I told her. But she kept handing out cups… No one tried to fill machine. Epic customer service failure.

I frequent the drive thru at this café as often as I want to. It’s convenience is on par with other drive thrus. I feel good knowing that. After listening to a pre-recorded marketing message you are then asked what you would like to order from a live employee. You pay at the first window and receive your food at the second window. If you want, you can order fries. Love is in the air during most visits so keep an eye out for a special someone.

Yesterday we ordered and ate lunch inside. A black man was seated next to us(not eating or drinking anything) just watching his phone. This location often has druggie type people inside the restaurant who are not eating. Suddenly horrible whipping sounds and tortuous screams started coming out of his phone. It was loud and went on and on. He just calmly watched whatever it was. It is truly not easy to eat food to the sounds of someone shrieking and screaming in pain. We went to leave(having cut our lunch short because of this) and I thought the manager should be alerted to it… so I went to the counter and asked to speak to the person in charge. A young girl said«Are you sure you need a manager?» Yes, I said. She went and got a Hispanic woman. I told her about our experience. The black man was still there watching his torture video as I informed her of the situation. She was VERY dismissive of my complaint. She hurriedly said«Well, I’ll keep an eye on it» and she turned on her heel and left me standing at the counter. It made me think that maybe the torture-watcher was her boyfriend or something! She sure made it clear she was NOT going to do a thing about it and further she didn’t have any sympathy for us and how our lunch was affected. I come to this McDonalds a lot, because it is just at a perfect walking distance for me. I like their dollar coffee and the McFlurries(when their machine is working) are a nice treat. We have noticed a clear deterioration in management over the past year. The management never asks the non-paying druggie types to leave while we have to put up with them. I wrote to McDonalds over this, but I have doubts that they will address the issue. This location really ought to hire a big bouncer type guy with a badge. That’s how they would handle it in Chicago.

The service was fine. The fish in the fish sandwich looked and tasted like it had been reheated a couple times and burnt a bit in the process. Dark brown and dry. Maybe left over from lunch which was 5 hours before I bought it. The fries were only slightly over done. Does anyone at Mickey’s even care anymore as they watch their business crumble?

By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. It’s filthy, the employees look like drug addicts and criminals and the few times I’ve went here, I’ve had the worst Mickey D’s food of my life.

They cannot take an order. 5 times and got ill prepared food every time. Writing corporate because the Mcdoubles had the cheese placed wrong. Extra onions. I said none. I said extra pickles. got none. Go here if it’s free or you are too drunk to care… ONLY.

i live very close to this mcdonalds. 99% of my visits i get under-cooked and over salted frys. especially at night, i get rude, slow employees. who act like they are pissed off they are there. i dont know why i keep going back there, i guess i just hope somebody else has complained and fixed this. my last visit i decided to go in, because the screw up so often in drivethru. i had a manager wait on me. my order was a double qp ex cheese onion only. they had to make it three times, and when i got home it still wasnt right. from now on i am going to drive the extra mile to go to a different one. if you go here make sure you check everything in your order. my biggest complaint is the soggy under cooked frys. and rude night service. i have been going there for four years, no change.
Yeah I.

I’d give zero stars or negative if it were possible. This McDonald’s threatens to tow anyone who parks in the expansive lot next door. Even when it is almost always vacant. And this reach of jerkiness extends to the alley parking behind over and out. Seriously?! A parking lot that would more than accommodate both your clientele And that of the nearby observatory restaurant? Not cool bro. Not cool at all.

On occasion I may exaggerated. But this place gets my order wrong litterally every single time. the sad thing is that I dont even like their food, it’s just the ONLY place open when I get off, or am going to work. The only saving grace is the drive thru team. They are constantly sweet and apologetic for their kitchen staffs ineptitudes.

Every few months, I get this sudden urge to make terrible life decisions… like eating at McDonald’s or developing a debilitating drug addiction. This location provided an extra bad breakfast experience, and I probably should have just opted for some crack instead, in retrospect. Even though I immediately stuffed my hash brown in my face, it was a bit on the lukewarm side. I’m used to food served at a temperature that can burn off a few layers of skin if you’re not careful. Honestly though, it’s McDonald’s — what can you expect? Two stars because, despite a decent line, I wasn’t stuck there for ages.

Despite less than fantastic reviews posted previously, we decided to stop here for a quick take away brekky and got their bacon and egg biscuit with a hash brown. Quick and efficient service, hot freshly cooked food, plus it was delicious! We don’t get biscuit brekky in Australia, so it was a real treat for me, and I’m loving American biscuits!!!
