1. I bought a $ 148 dress that, upon wearing the first time, came undone all along the pocket. Also the length is weird and I am going to alter it.
2. I ordered a shirt before even wearing the dress. I was so excited to get it, but it fit horribly tight in the arms and huge in the waist (unflattering). I asked if I could return it and she replied tersely «ok send it back», and then she claimed that she never received it. Now I’m out $ 88, well $ 240 total.
