Awesome food going to keep it short. Had a pork and cheese pupusas and chicken tamale. Great taste and sauces. The portions were huge and very inexpensive. Took about twenty minutes but well worth the wait. The cabbage salad was delicious.

OK, so this place gets five stars for their al pastor tacos alone. This is some damn fine al pastor, and not greasy at all, which is a problem I have had with so much al pastor. Tortillas are handmade and seriously great. 2.00 per taco may seem a bit expensive compared to other taco trucks, however, these tacos are larger to correspond with the price and 2(or maybe 3) tacos is enough to feed even a hungry person. Unfortunately, their carnitas are flavorful but somewhat oily(tacos paella does better carnitas), the pollo is pretty flavorless and sub-par(though it does seem to be white meat), and the asada is acceptable, but not great. However I will come back again and again for that al pastor. I may add a fifth star if the papusas are as great as the other reviews make them out to be.

Thanks to my boss for having me go get his lunch here. Super yummy pupusas that just melt in your mouth. The explosion of flavors and the packed heat these bring will make you want more.

Pupuseria Korita Sabor Casero: Just great hidden gem. Huge pupusas for a great price. Here is their FB page . They have a cute out door casual covered patio, family friendly. Here is what a pupusa is: Spanish pronunciation: [pupusa], from Pipil pupusaw) is a traditional Salvadoran(El Salvador) dish made of a thick, handmade corn tortilla(made using masa de maíz, a cornmeal dough) that is usually filled with a blend of the following: cheese(queso), cooked and seasoned pork meat ground to a paste consistency(called chicharrón, not to be confused with fried pork rind, which is also known as chicharrón in some other countries) or refried beans(frijoles refritos), or queso con loroco(loroco is a vine flower bud from Central America).

Before moving into the neighborhood I researched the various restaurants online. This little place popped up with only one or two reviews but they were 5 star and made me take note of the location. Now that I’ve finally found them open and tried their tamales, I can say they deserve 5 stars and more. I tried both the chicken and beef varieties and have had none better. Spicy, moist, decent amount of very lean and well shredded filling for the amount of masa. I will try the Salvadorian type wrapped in banana leaves next trip!!! Someone mentioned they hoped other food trucks would fill the area so this wonderful place would stay. I’m happy to say that there were at least 4 other places crowded into the little parking lot. The only down side is lack of parking unless you park in the Wells Fargo lot. I’m lucky to live within walking distance.

These burritos are AMAZING. but you will have to take a nap afterward. But it will be the happiest, best nap of your life. Just know that if you go during lunch on a weekday, you’ll have a fairly long wait. this place is the best meixcan lunch spot in the area and people with good burrito taste know it. So, so glad to have delicious burritos back in my life!

This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely delicious Mexican & El Salvadorian food. Very authentic El Salvadorian Pupusa’s that are memorable. The Mexican burritos and tacos are off the hook. All the tortillas are handmade, which is rare and amazing for any Mexican restaurant.

Great sauce! The torta was delicious, the juice was good, and the service was fast. The pod it’s in is really chill, so I’ll be here more often. The pricing was super reasonable, as well, especially with how big it was!

Por fin! A DELICIOUS taco truck in my neighborhood! I am so happy to have found these guys. They are a husband and wife from Mexico and El Salvador and they bring the best flavors from both! The tacos are delicious and the tortillas as well as tamales are made in-truck. They do empanadas and all kinds of things. The menu is huge. I have to go back to try more because so far all I can vouch for are the Carnitas; they are so tasty and tender that I order them every time and forget to try something new. Hopefully they will bring some buisness that way because there is a whole food cart pod set-up there and so far I think they are the only ones. But damn, I hope they don’t move.
