The owners might need to put more focus and training on this location. This is like the red headed step child of all their branches. It does not hold and live well to their built up reputation. I’ve had better and efficient service at their other locations. The kiosk is disorganized, they run out of items, the kids that are in charge seems to be more interested on their friends and phones than serving customers. If you love playing with Russian Roulette, this is your store. If you’ve been craving for that tasty bulgogi burrito. Take a chance here. There’s a small probability that they will be out. But you’ll only know that after 10 minutes of getting their attention.

Not sure if it was because we were there late evening or what(7pm on a Saturday), but we found the food very underwhelming. Burrito didn’t have much flavor, was supposed to be «medium» spicy but had no heat at all, worst part was the cold tortilla. Low quality meat like you get at a crappy teriyaki place. Also terrible chips and salsa, bad chips and jarred salsa. Sorry, won’t be back.

Great service, great fresh food. It’s a refreshing change from most other Mexican places… which mostly taste the same. I love the chicken.

I have been a Koi Fusion fan for years. My addiction started at Bridgeport. I just happened across a sign at Washington Square last week that there is now a Koi in the good court. What?!? I would typically never make a deliberate trip to the mall to eat at the food court, but for Koi? You better believe I would!!! Everything I’ve ever had is great here. Everyone I bring to try Koi’s food, including my husband’s 80-something year old Grandma, loves it. Why wait? The portions are big enough, you’ll have lunch for today and tomorrow!

We had there beef tacos on a food cart tour. Actually ending up eating there twice since we book a best of and a food cart tour and they were on both. The tacos were GREAT. I want to go back to one of there carts and try more of there food for sure.

The worst location. Came here yesterday at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. The guy said«we’re closed.» Cool… fast forward today(8pm) and a different guy tells me that they’re closed. What’s the point of this location if you guys close 15min and 60min before the 9pm closing time? I’ll give my money to Panda. Thanks Koi Fusion.

The guy taking my order was friendly. Wasn’t very busy so he got me my burrito quickly.

Keep in mind they have only been open for a week at this location. They have a limited menu and currently serve tacos, burritos, and rice bowls. The service was polite and helpful. The bulgogi burrito was tasty with the meat and rice warm and the veggies chilled and crunchy. No complaints. In regards to the 1 star review, we talked with the guy that took our order and he explained that the opening was a bit of a mess. While he was from one of the food trucks, they had a couple employees from the non-mobile locations and one that was supposed to know how to do everything but was completely new. Obviously they had problems working with the stand they have in the food court but they’ve gotten the hang of things and it looks like the place is running well now.

The Worse of 3 locations. Customer service is lousy, slow, and incompetent. My burrito was cold and nasty. For 10 dollars I expect my food to be heated like it should be.
