Great bedside manner, but I’d be happier if my fillings didn’t keep falling out. At my last visit I was asked to come in 30 minutes early but it was not adjusted in the schedule so I sat and waited for half an hour before walking out. No apology was given and I couldn’t reschedule for another month even though this was their error. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

i have to say, this dentist office gave me *a lot* of time for the cost of the visit.
they also gave me the most painful (tho thorough) cleaning i’ve ever had.
i came in as an uninsured patient, and they found me an appointment relatively quickly. they made sure to break down cost for me on each procedure, since i was paying out of pocket. all the staff were super friendly, and competent.
but my golly was the cleaning super painful for me ~ i’ve never been squeamish about the dentist and i don’t mind having dental work done. but my teeth were achy for about a week after the cleaning, since the technician went the extra mile and cleaned the plaque below the gum line. am i thankful? yes, but zow, be prepared.

Dr. Horutz is a great women. She is very friendly and explains everything in detail for you. I had not been to the dentist in a few years and I felt like I was going to be scolded. She did not do this at all. She was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. The hygenist I had that first time was really good. However I just went back for my second cleaning and this new hygentist I got was a little too aggressive for me. I forgot to get her name but I will be requesting someone a little less rough next time.

Dr. Horutz is great! I have never had a dentist spend as much time with me as she did, and I don’t even have any dental problems. At the first visit, she went over all of the different tests and scans, explained them to me, talked to me about dental health, what I was doing well, and what I could improve. She is really excellent!
