Kaiser got me in immediately but their billing and abilities to answer questions on the phone was very poorly executed. I requested a portion to be paid on my account and they emptied my bank account. When I requested they reimburse, they said it would take a month and I would have to take time out of my day to fill out paper work. They apologised and had no idea why that happened. I work in the medical field and would never even think about treating a patient and their finances in such a disrespectful manner.
