Kaiser Permanente Interstate Medical Office West

I had an appointment with Dr. Jim Bertola at the Kaiser West Interstate Clinic this week and I can honestly say I have never in my life been spoken to or treated so poorly by any doctor, ever. After waiting weeks to learn about my MRI results and also after paying a hefty copay I went in only to be treated like cattle being herded through chutes. There was an «I’d rather be anywhere else than here» attitude from the second he walked through the door. No introduction, nothing. He acted like it was a burden to go over my MRI results and explain to me the medical jargon that was stated in said results. He actually scoughed at me when I asked him to. I feel like Kaiser has really let me down and I am appalled that I was treated in such a rude manner after paying so much money and waiting for so long to see this specialist. I would not recommend this physician to anyone. The lack of empathy or basic medical explanation was disheartening.
