Can’t believe they didn’t even show up for the appointment, nor did they reply to my phone calls. I felt something not right when I was talking to this Nathan guy. He sounded unsure and not willing to talk. I even called back again to make sure of it. Flaky!

As a first time user of HVAC services after recently purchasing a house, I found Habitat to be quick and a great company to communicate with.
We decided on going ahead with an AC unit for our house this summer (we get full sun and have great insulation so it gets and stays hot). Within a week not only did we have a unit installed for way less than expected, but it was a great experience! He even gave my partner tips on air filters and our HVAC system.
Nathan also followed up within a week to make sure we didn’t have any questions or issues arise. I look forward to working with him in the future, and would highly recommend his services!

Found myself without heat on a Friday so was very anxious to get the furnace repaired before the weekend. Nathan returned the message I left immediately. He was able to come and even arrived earlier than he first suggested because I wanted to get to my granddaughter’s event at school at 1PM. I really appreciated that. He was nice, professional, and efficient. The repair was much quicker and easier than expected so the bill was $ 30 less than quoted. I will happily recommend him to anyone and call him again if needed. Thanks so much Nathan!

Nathan came out the same day I called and made repairs to a gas fireplace I needed help with and, besides knowing exactly what he’s doing, explaining it clearly and repairing it with extreme efficiency, his total fee was less than half of what other places quoted just to come over! He will have all my future heating/​cooling business and should have yours, too.

Our house is almost 100 years old. We took a look at the oil furnace this year and decided to upgrade to an energy efficient and bill saving furnace. With a quote from our current oil company that seemed outrageous we looked elsewhere and found Habitat. Nathan did everything from removing our oil tank, which was in our basement, to installing our new furnace and all the ducts. He even helped with all the paperwork to NW natural and met the tech at our house for inspection. He was very prompt every morning, professional, courteous and nice to our dog. We had the job finished in the timeframe we were given. We were very happy with the way it all came together so fast and are enjoying our new furnace and our warm cozy house!
We would definitely recommend habitat and call them again for any maintenance we might need in the future.

As a new homeowner, I totally spaced on cleaning my ducts for the first three years I owned my house. Who knew, right? Well, Nathan did, and he helped me get everything in order. Working with him was easy an he didn’t waste any time (or my money!). He ended up also noticing my furnace hadn’t been running right and fixed it. Now my house is warm and my ducts are clean … what a world! Highly recommended.
