I bought a couch from here, and everything was fine and delivered on time. But at the time I purchased the couch, I also ordered 4 dining chairs from a catalogue on December 2nd, and I was promised that they would arrive mid December, I estimated maybe 3 weeks for cross country delivery, just to be safe.
Today is January 27th… Still no word on my chairs, or even an ETA… I’ve been bugging them to let me know as soon as they arrive, and just get «they should be here any day now»
What kind of business is this??? A total shambles and I will not recommend dealing with Furniture Plus.

If I could give negative stars I would, I inquired about a furniture set that was advertised on «offer up» and the person cussed at me, called me an idiot, just totally rude. I cannot believe this person owns a business.

RJ was super helpful. We wanted to move fast on a Saturday morning, and we even got our furniture delivered for a reasonable price the same afternoon. Couldn’t be more pleased

I highly recommend this store! Just bought a couch and a 3 piece coffee/​end table set from James! He was very nice and helpful. He will work with you and give u a good deal like he gave me! Also if u have problems or no concern he will help you repair or replace it. Overall super happy with my experience there and the price I paid!

The guy was really nice and helpful. He wasnt a pushy salesman trying to make his comission. Store is pretty nice too. Not much selection on the floor, but have a catalog to look through. Sorta pricey but seems like good quality stuff. I didn’t end up purchasing but I would stop in and look.
