Such a cute little boutique! I found this store as I was killing time before my dinner reservations near by and I’m so glad I did. They have clothes, shoes, jewelry, scarves and hats all at great prices. A lot of the sale boots/shoes are the non-popular sizes so I couldn’t find anything I liked for my size 7 feet, but I did find a cute scarf and beanie! The store feels kinda old and musty, but you can’t go wrong with their prices. Boutiques are always fun to shop at compared to the mall so I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area!

I stopped by, lured in by large signs of clothing and shoes for $ 10 – 15 sale. Not only do they have shoes in my size(5.5) but a nice selection of cute dresses, shirts, jewelry, bags, etc. Sure, the materials’ not the nicest or best quality but, for the price, it’s great for expanding the old tired wardrobe.

Cutest shoes that always seem to be on sale. The clothes aren’t always my style but that’s ok. They don’t seem to ever be busy, probably because they are kind of hidden off the street. Better for me :)

Awesome find. This store is way bigger than the NW23 store. Some of the coolest clothing finds were made here, the accessories were amazing as well. Bought hats, belts, necklaces and two pieces of skirts and three tops and two dresses. Then went back for more, this time more dresses and shoes and a bright red purse to boot. I nearly missed it but the set up felt like a warehouse yet it is filled with treasures. I was just finishing breakfast from Broder and drove by it. Luckily I did not go to NW23 first because the location on NW23 only had shoes and purses. This is such a treasury trove. I would absolutely make it a permanent shopping destination whenever I’m back in Portland. Boho chic.

I love this boutique! My favorite place to shop in Portland! Every time I visit, I have to stop at one of their locations. I always find something cute to buy at a reasonable price. What’s not to love?

People around me get tired of this conversation: Random person, «Oh wow, those shoes are so cute!» Me, «Oh thanks! $ 5! can you believe it?» Random person, «No way! Where?» Me, run away as fast as I can because I don’t want them to know my secret… But here goes — Ether Warehouse is a hidden little gem on SE Division. Find an awesome collection of shoes, boots, clothes and accessories in this small warehouse space. They also have sidewalk sales and seem to have a $ 5-$ 10 sales rack for shoes and clothes. The clothes are cute but full priced can be a little spendy. Their shoes/boots selection, even full priced, is very cute, trendy, unique and reasonably priced!

I almost don’t even want to tell anyone about this place. I want to close it up in a little box and keep it tucked away just for myself, but since I’m(sometimes) a nice person I’ll share. I happened upon this little shop while out for an impromptu walk. What caught my eye was a table out front with shoes on sale for $ 5. As a female I’m required by law to stop and look, but I assumed they would all be horrendous. Well, I was so wrong that now I can brag that one of my favorite pair of adorable heels cost me only $ 5. That was enough to draw me inside(it’s an open front store) where I found all kinds of great deals. Cute fall boots in the $ 50-$ 65 range, purses that were fashionable and didn’t cost a fortune, really great accessories jumping out at me from all sides. I was super impressed! The clothes were hit or miss for me, some were very cute, but many were just not my style. They were nice, just not my particular look. The prices were again reasonable in most cases. I was a little surprised when I checked this place out, since usually boutique looking stores in Portland tend to be incredibly overpriced and a little too out-there or hipster, fashionwise. This one had tons of great offerings at great prices. I will in fact be back, many time methinks.

This spot is back a little off street, so I drifted on in. There were a lot of different tops, hats, purses, some jewelry placed all over, mixed in with very unique shoes. The prices though were what really confused me. When you first enter, it resembles a kind of «boutique» shop yet the prices do not reflect that feeling at all. I could actually stay and try on clothing vs. browse wistfully. At closer look, the clothing was not silk and satins, and the jewelry was not gold, or even silver, but at same time there was something unique about the fashions. I did end up buying some big pewter owl earrings that had rhinestone eyes and the price was a steal.

My dear Yeeps, I’m going to let you in on a closely guarded and rather intimate secret of mine. Sometimes, when no one’s looking, when the shadows fall just so, and when most heads are turned. . sometimes I dress like an actual human female. Beyond that, I occasionally do unheard of, taboo things like accessorize and wear shoes that don’t have thick rubber soles or steel shanks. However, the majority of my available funds after the monthly necessities like rent, food, booze, and hair dye are spent in the pursuit of mountain summits. Sometimes that means money for summit beers or seeking that elusive small town post-climb vegan meal. This creates quite a conundrum for your humble reviewer. The infrequent desire to appear what some might call«attractive»(or «showered» or «not in tattered jeans»), but very little money with which to accomplish such lofty goals. Enter: Ether. I only noticed this place when someone pointed it out to me on a bike ride. I was instantly in love since their front-of-store display included my three guiltiest pleasures in the world: scarves, hats, and tall boots. My initial(and only, thus far) visit revealed a whole new time and money-sink for me. Scarves, large earrings, an impressive array of boots(most of which I l love, all of which are non-leather), a small but cute selection of clothing, large wooden bangles. pretty much everything I love to wear condensed into one modest store(minus the overly shiny rings and pendants), and priced so that even your average gear-hording mountaineer can afford to retire her current pair of boots with the half-detached left sole. To top it off, the store is staffed by some of the most helpful, cheerful, but unobtrusive and non-pushy employees ever. As others have said, the quality isn’t top-notch, but since my episodes of masquerading as an actual female are few and far between — it’s good enough for me!
