Dutch Bros

I love Dutch bros coffee. They have the best customer service and they are decently priced! No matter what time of day it is they have a smile on there face and thy try to start up a conversation with you.

Probably one of the best Dutch experiences I’ve ever had. The girls working there were friendly and hilarious! It looks like they really love what they do and make awesome drinks too. I love that you can consistently expect great personalities and great drinks from Dutch Bros. This particular experience truly made my day. Thanks so much to the girls working at 4:26 PM on 2÷10÷16. Stay hangry, young ladies!

«So close and yet so far»
This is strictly for the drive through service. My friends in Oregon all said Dutch Bros is the boss coffee for Oregon. Pleasant service, great offerings, delicious coffee so you can imagine how excited I was to come across this Dutch Bros location after gassing up my car for the long trip north.
Check out my pic– I was fourth in line and figured it wouldn’t take more than a few minutes to get through. A perfect way to start that long haul north. 10 minutes passed, the line wasn’t moving. A second line on the other side of the store wasn’t moving either. Did they run out of coffee? Were the orders complicated?
When it passed the 15 minute mark without either side moving I reluctantly decided to pass up this opportunity rather than risk more of a clog along the way and thru the I-​5.
I would have thought they would have been particularly careful about moving the customers through at this location because of it’s close proximity to the airport. You know, many transient type clientele going to and from the airport.
Will have to dream of what that coffee tastes like. The other reviews praise the taste and service so there are definitely positives here.
But from what I experienced today (and it may have been a fluke) if you don’t have the luxury of time, bypass this location for some Java elsewhere.

I’ve never been to a bad Dutch Bros, but… THIS is my favorite location. The ladies are always friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. Thank you girls for always making my Caramelizer just right! I’m totally hooked.

Ask them to do ½ the sweetener and it’s the perfect cup. Everything about this place is great! They don’t burn coffee beans so it tastes the «same» they aren’t rude and they aren’t old school.
Which means they are soooooo sweet every time we come through, they support philanthropic events and bottom line the coffee is good.

Good coffee, great friendly staff. Convenient location, right off Airport Way next to 7 – 11 gas station. Refill your rental car and get drive thru coffee!

I love the gang at airport way.. The are an awesome crew! They always ask how your day is going and if your sick, the put wonderful messages on your cup that makes you smile

The coffee is good but the service is amazing! Where do they find their staff because every person who works here is friendly and always happy! Love it!

DB in Portland, OR (I am from Grants Pass): The customer service is always fakely bubbly and inconsistent (either they are super happy and annoying about it or they are awkwardly silent), the baristas don’t know what consistency means (depending on the person & stand the same drink will be different — at least that is consistent) and their culture through their large expansion has turned into hiring people who fit that culture rather than people of integrity and sincerity. I have heard that they «officially» only give their employees 29 hours a week to avoid paying for health insurance. Come on, DB. You used to be epic.

AMAZING!!! first time here and they were awesome and gave me a free coffee on the house but i wanted a dutch bros coffee flask to show off back in L. A so i bought one! by the way AMAZING COFFEEEEE so good

This is my second favorite location. Second only because it is right next to my work and it’s so hard not to stop and get one. The crew here is great thank you for getting my drink right and taking the time to listen keep up the great work and have an amazing Christmas!

A very cool hippie looking dude (that was a positive) helped me on a Sunday morning.
On a rainy day their hot cocoa with blended whipped cream hit the spot. And $ 2 for a small is the deal.

Ever since they opened I pass by just about every day. Everyone there is great and are very friendly, I usually get to see the morning crew like Amanda and others and never have a dull moment while I’m there. They get my usually spot on (Iced White Annihilator with Whip n Caramel Drizzle) every time and there Hot Chocolate is a sweet way to start the morning. Definitely the place to stop to get your Dutch fixings

Really just ridiculous why would you take my order then tell me oh sorry we’re not making that today only this so you’re going have to get this that was practically my option I usually like Dutch bros and thought it was awesome that they’re opening one near my house turns out this was a Huge disappointment… I just wanted the green apple smoothie… thanks for the shitty customer service…
