Did not get what I ordered at all. The pizza I did get was completely soaked with garlic butter and doughy. The butter actually soaked through the box! When I called the store the worker AND the manager called me a liar and refused to either trade out the pizza or refund my money! Terrible pizza, terrible customer service!!!

Late pizza, over one hour, then an offer to replace it — which never showed up. Then I called asking why not, was given a very hostile & rude reception basically saying«it’s your fault». What I really can’t believe about this is that they actually called after I’d submitted feedback online about the pizza being late offering a fresh replacement. I waited over two hours after THAT, and no pizza showed up. I decided just to give them time since they were obviously overwhelmed. The next day I called and was given an extremely hostile, rude reception from a guy named John who said he was the manager. He refused to do anything about it, claimed that a delivery was attempted when none actually was. I mean offering to make up for something and then denying it and acting like the customer is being a freeloader is a nasty, horrible way to conduct business. I really hope they get some appropriate attention for this.

I order 8pcs boneless chicken, chicken habanero sandwich, chicken Alfredo bowl and spinach stuffed bread. Needless to say I order from here because it’s close to home and has a little something for everyone. Had my order delivered. The 8pcs of chicken was more like 3pcs and some crumbs and the chicken sandwich was ordered without pineapple and it came with pineapple. It’s frustrating when you don’t feel like the details of your order matter. Its instances like this you want to be treated as if they were making the order for themselves. The expectations of something as simple as that seems so far fetched. I am left to think you can’t customize and order at this place where the customer does not matter. Asking for them to fix it was not doable. And they believe that the chicken is sufficient. Sad. But true. If Unilocal didn’t force me to give a star, I would not have given even one.

I just had the worst customer service ever and I will never be using their services again. Not only did the staff mess up my order, but when I called in to the manager, who admitted his technology was to blame, he actually called me crazy when I asked to be compensated. I don’t know what they are training their staff but after today, my family will never be eating their pizza again. Their managers need a crash course in customer service 101.

Food was fine, what was expected. The delivery person however needs some education. Don’t park in the driveway. I live in a duplex and that’s the neighbors spot. Good thing she didn’t come home. Loud pipes are obnoxious. Check your delivery person’s car. I heard him leaving for 6 blocks.

I order a Honolulu Hawaiian, it arrived about 10−15minutes after the tracker said it had been delivered to my door and it was luke warm. The delivery driver also didn’t have any kind of dominos signage on his car, didn’t tell me the total price and kept my change(I was going to give it to him anyways, but the polite thing to do is at least offer it to me and let me decide). The pizza itself tasted good though.

This dominos is a stones throw away from my house so I go here for the crispy thin crust. I seem to always get the same guy on the phone, I believe he is the manager. Out of all 10 times ive ordered here he got my order wrong once and when I went back into the store he remade my pizza and let me keep the other one. It hasn’t happened since. Delivery guys seem to be nice enough, one is really pushy about getting tips. Hes about 5’6, dark hair, chunkier and has tattoos. Drives a nicer car. He stepped INTO my house when I have a very nice, wide, covered front porch. If I didn’t have this porch I would’ve invited him inside but since it was nice weather and I have a covered porch I found it weird for him to invite himself inside and then when I gave him $ 40 for my $ 25 dollar pizza order he asked me if I needed change… A 15 dollar tip is a little lofty for a pizza… Other than that the food itself is good and the delivery time is fast(because I live just blocks away)

I’ve just about had it with this location. First off, David the manager is incompetent. Last time he made us the wrong item. This time he takes 15 minutes to prep the order before even putting it in the oven. Now Cristina the delivery driver is taking FOREVER. She’s not here yet and it’s already been an hour since placing the order online and it clearly states delivery in «15−20 minutes». I hope the owner of this location reads this. To the owner: You need to shake things up at this location! They are FAILING!

What I ordered was some specialty chicken and a medium pineapple and pepperoni pizza. What I received was a failure pile in a sadness box, and 8 slices of regret. I had a gift card so I thought I would order some pizza for lunch while at work. .They really need to get some things figured out. I tried to order online, but the store’s computer was down so it gave me an error. I called and was put on hold for 4 minutes and 23 seconds(before I hung up) while the person answering the phone went to «look for a pen.» I called a different Dominoes to see if they would take my order, but they said it was out of their delivery area. They did not give me that option of being transferred to the correct store. They actually gave me the incorrect information and told me to call a store that was also not my delivery area. I finally called the correct store back. I got a different person this time. This person was polite. I assumed the computers were still down so I tried to order what I attempted to order online. The person told me that I could not use the coupon that I got online when ordering on the phone. I explained that the computer wouldn’t let me order it. He was complacent. He told me that they just re-booted their system. I then clicked on the«order now» link on my computer(luckily I didn’t close the browser window,) and the order went to the store. It amazes me in this day and age that a company of Domino’s size would not have better customer service. Sean was polite, but the order took more than the 20 – 30 minutes that the computer said.(it took over 40 minutes.)

The Male Unit and I arranged for a rare night out without the kids recently, and part of that excursion included a night in a hotel. We noticed the Domino’s special on the hotel key card, and thought what the hey, let’s get some pizza. We ordered some wings, cheese bread, pizza and 2 lava cakes. The cheese bread and pizza were raw. Totally inedible. There was no marinara for the cheese bread. I guess when we asked for«extra marinara» they heard«we don’t like marinara so forget we asked.» The lava cakes came with no cutlery at all. The front desk clerk had none, either. So we had to wait for them to cool down in order to eat them, which kind of defeats the purpose of lava cakes. You would think it would be common sense to include a plastic spoon or two when ordering from a hotel. All in all, a disappointing experience. I gave 2 stars because the driver was quick and courteous.

I’ve never had a bad experience with ordering from here. Whether online or over the phone it’s always pleasant. They’ve always delivered quickly and it’s always been exactly what we’d expect from fast-food style pizza. Tonight I accidentally ordered my pizza wrong and when I called to see if they could help me out(I put cheese on it when it was supposed to have no cheese) the guy who answered was so nice! He got a new pizza made and sent it over immediately. He didn’t act like it was a huge deal and I was really happy that he was so nice about it. He could have made me feel stupid for the error but instead he was just nice. Bad reviews for dominos are silly. It’s decent pizza with good customer service and that’s all you really need.

This is the last time we’ll be taking out an order of pizza here! My hubby and I both got sick. I was waiting for a respond from their Customer Care, who left me a voice mail to CALL him back @ the phone #, but it was like playing phone tag. They WISHED I saved the last pieces of pizza left, so they can investigate. How can they investigate? The pizza wasn’t even cold, when they arrived @ my house, which is just less than 2 blocks away from home. Someone said they’ll get back to me. Haven’t they ALREADY gotten back to me? Because of that, I decided, no more take outs from them!!!

as a pizza snob i often ask myself why i continue to order from dominoes. more often than not i spend the next day recuperating from much too greasy low grade pizza and yet i continue to order. the truth is like all stay at home moms sometimes i get fed up. i wake up and say ‘fuck it’ and i stay in my pj’s all day. I will let the dishes pile up and the kid make a mess and when dinner comes around and the man child and baby child are barking at my feet about whats for dinner i know i can spend 14 bucks and get 2 cheap pizzas and be able to order online easily. i know it isn’t the best and i know i should probably spend a few more bucks and get good ingredients but that’s not what you do on ‘fuck it’ days. so, i give them 3 stars, one for their suspiciously fast delivery, one for their cheap prices and one for the extra long shower i get to take while the babe and man chow down.
