Domino’s Pizza

We decided to order pizza because we’ve had a stressful weekend and didn’t want to worry about cooking. Come to find out we should have just made something ourselves. Ordering online was easy and the delivery was pretty fast, but the cost for a very small «large» pizza was crazy high. The worst part: I found a hair in my pizza! Touched it to make sure it wasn’t one of mine that fell, no I pulled it out from under the cheese. it was DISGUSTING! Never eating Dominos again. Ohh and when I tried to call the store to complain, I had to call 3 times before someone picked up and didn’t hang up on me. Not good at all.

Last night we decided to try Domino’s for the first time in a couple of years. Turns out we had good reason to avoid it. We called to order, and were shocked to find a Large half-​half pizza was $ 18! Then discovered via the website (no help from the employee on phone) they had a special for two mediums for 5.99 each! So we ordered that, and were warned that they were very busy (stormy night), that it would probably take 45 mins to an hour. Fine, paid with cc on the phone. An hour and a half later, still no pizza. Called to see what was up, and it turns out our order was deemed a ‘bad order.’ We never got a call, although they said they tried. Apparently they couldn’t find our address, even though they had it correct & it’s on a main road. They offered to bring the order to us in half an hour, but we declined. It was already 9:30, and got a little nervous when they asked for my cc again because it had ‘probably’ credited my card when the order was flagged. Ugh. I guess we’ll stick with Bellagios and Hot Lips.

5 stars for the quick friendly service! Brad was so great and so fast! We just moved into the neighborhood and we will be repeat customers now!!!
