Manger was amazing. Took time to trouble shoot and fix my gf and mine issues. Wouldn’t let us leave until we were both vapeing. Used to be loyal to emerald vapors, no longer.

This place is a dream come true for anyone who either wants to start vaping and needs friendly advice, or the advanced cloud chaser that needs equipment or adjustments.
It’s amazing when you see people doing something the best way it can be done. There is no reason for me to ever go to another vape shop in Portland. This is really the only one for me.
What I also love about these guys is how modern and classy the place is. There is no hard sell, and if I want to sit down and put my juice in, they have great chairs to do that.
The staff is so hip to the tech as well. I almost feel like i’m at the genius bar when I go talk to Travis. Also, this is the most female friendly vape shop I’ve ever seen.

Love this place! Great selection and a friendly atmosphere. Super knowledgable staff that take the time to show beginners like me how put properly use the vape you’re about to purchase. I’ve been to other shops that don’t come close to this place, I won’t bring my business to any one but them from this point in.

Cool shop right on Alberta. Nice setup, surprisingly big inside, has a trendy modern vibe. Lots of juices and a pretty big tasting bar. Lots of quality brands in both juices and mods/​attys, there were even a few juices I’d never tried before. Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable, it makes me laugh when someone in a vape shop can’t answer questions on their mods or juices, no such issues here. It was a pleasant experience overall and I highly recommend this shop. I’ll be back

This is the best vape shop I have been to. The staff are friendly & know the products well. The environment feels welcoming with nice chairs. I came at close one night & the staff went out of their way to help fix my vape. I enjoy coming in and seeing the shop & products grow.

The world of e cigarette and e liquid vendors, both online and off, is a mixed bag. It’s a relatively new industry and thus, all kinds of entrepreneurs and business-​folk have thrown their hats in the ring to give their chance at the american dream a go.
I quit smoking many years ago with the (significant) help of e cigarettes (e cigarette is still a term I find a bit disingenuous, but I digress.). Obviously, this statement has not been approved by the FDA and smoking cessation should only be done through horrible pills only approved by the FDA. Blah blah blah. For those who have tried the pills to help with quitting smoking, like myself and so many others, you probably understand why I balk at the FDA’s misguided dislike and vindication of e-​cigs as a tool to quit smoking. Same goes with nicotine patches, gum, and other products that are mostly useless.
All of this meandering brings me to this: the market for e liquids and e cigarettes is shoddy at best. And it’s really great to find a local business that is doing it right– taking it seriously and *not* targeting and marketing themselves toward and as a headshop-​esque product aimed at the bro-​culture, beer pong loving, 6 foot bong toting college student. E-​cigarettes are a legit product that should be taken seriously and businesses that specialize in them generally do not do a good job at spreading this truth. But Division Vapor does. They’re not a head shop nor do they market themselves as such. They get it. It’s really that simple.
Division vapor has good products and staff that are helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t have a massive inventory carrying every e liquid brand available. They carry just what they believe are quality products. That is probably the only thing anyone can claim is a fault of theirs– however I see it as a very good thing. Even if the inventory is not massive and carrying every brand out there (which I’ve already mentioned– the e-​cig business is full of shoddy products and businesses, so thoughtful approach to inventory is appreciated by me).
In any case– I’ve written a novel here. Whoops.
TL/​DR– division vapor is a thoughtful company with quality products and helpful staff.

I’ve been vaping for over a year now and Division Vapor is by far the best place to go in Portland for your vape needs. The guys that work here are super helpful, they carry a wide selection of flavors (particularly the ones I like– i.e. April Moon), and prices are reasonable. If you’ve been vaping for awhile or a newbie really you can’t go wrong here. These guys deserve a 10 plus.

I have never experienced the level of customer service that I have received at Division Vapor. Every time I have gone into this establishment I have been helped by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would never go to another Vap shop. Division Vapor has a loyal customer forever. Thank you so much to all the staff members at both locations!

When I was in high school, I read a book called The Healthy Guide to Unhealthy Living. It told me that I could pretty much do whatever I wanted til I was 25, then cut that shit out. So, on the eve of my 25^th birthday, I was booze-​free for more than a month and on the verge of quitting smoking.
In Portland for the day, I Unilocaled vape shops in the area to ease my transition. The reviews for this shop were too good to pass up, and they were completely merited. The service, staff, and selection were amazing and I know I won’t be shopping anywhere else.

Id been thinking about trying vaping for a long time as an alternative to smoking. I have friends who have done it, and gotten advice from all around about various opinions and felt pretty overwhelmed.
I decided i would go check out a shop and after searching i settled on this location primarily due to its proximity — i am so glad i did! I went in with a friend and Travis was very helpful in helping me select a starter kit. He was able to share his own story with quitting smoking, and the process he went through when he started vaping. He answered my questions without making me feel like any of them were dumb and explained everything thoroughly. He also didnt try to upsell me which i found appealing. They have a whole set up where you can try the various liquids for flavor. He helped me pick out a couple to try and then let me be on my own without any pressure or rushedness. When i settled on the two i liked he helped me decide on a nicotine level and explained the differences in the levels, etc.
Travis was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and had the right amount of attentiveness. I will definitely recommend checking them out to anyone interested in vaping!

These guys have awesome service and awesome recommendations! There are a lot of liquids out to try for yourself before committing and the prices are reasonable. I am very happy to have them in my neighborhood and definitely will be a return customer.

This store is great and the staff is very helpful. If you are curious about vaping then stop in and get all your questions answered. If you are an experienced vaper then help support a fantastic local business! Their selection may not be huge but they make up for that by being extremely knowledgeable about their products and they stand behind them.
There is so much cheap junk and rebranded stuff available online that it can be frustrating for even the most experienced user – it is refreshing to have a curated selection of high quality devices and accessories that you can try before you buy.
I vaped many years ago before there were local stores to visit and I had to buy everything online. It cost me lots of money then because I would buy new devices and accessories constantly only to find that they were lousy or not to my liking. Additionally I spent a lot of money buying e-​liquid online trying to find the flavors that worked best for me. If you are like me and want to vape to curb or eliminate your cigarette smoking it is important to find products that work well and flavors that you like – if you can’t enjoy the experience and flavors you are not going to stick with it. That is why you should go to this store because you can find a great device and try all the flavors to discover a combination that will work for you.

So I walked in knowing nothing. I walked out knowing everything I need to know. This place is great. Travis walked me through everything answering every question and did not make me feel dumb nor did he try to overwhelm me with any sort of sales pitch. He just spoke about his experience and what he’s heard from other people and let me make my own decisions.
I really loved that I could try the flavors, that the subtleties of vaping were being explained as I tried them, and that there were so many options to truly customize it how you want. I didn’t think I would want any sort of customization, but after trying it I really do want that level of individualization.
Ultimately, I ended up buying from here instead of searching around for prices because I knew I was buying more than the product, I was buying support and a community of people who have successfully quit smoking.
