Super good – I recommend b4. Food was fresh, it was cheap, and staff was nice. This place reminds me of Bay Area. There isn’t very much parking her though and 82nd ave is… well it’s 82nd ave… so I ordered mine to go.

I’ve only had a few things from here (a couple of different bahn mi and the rice noodles with grilled pork and egg roll) but the food was really good, and it’s crazy cheap. The bahn mi are a little lighter on fillings than some of the other ones Ive tried, but none the less very tasty. They have a HUGE selection of canned beverages, both Asian and American.
The restaurant itself is small and a little funky, but very clean. I always end up getting mine to go, because it’s usually crowded with big Vietnamese families — and that is a very good sign.

Excellent food. I’ve had their sandwiches, soup and salad rolls, all delicious and really cheap! Put simply this humble vietnam café kicks ass. I hop on my bike and eat breakfast there everyday now; a tofu sandwich with hot sauce and a pitcher of tea for $ 2.25! Why cook at home? I’d be wasting money.
