If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. If I could legally burn it to the ground, I would prefer to do that. First off they charged my credit card before checking in, even though the site said they wouldn’t. Upon getting there, we realized it is in a very sketchy neighborhood immediately next door to an establishment named«Area 69». There was a strange man wandering the lot seemingly lost/high/drunk. We knew instantly that we weren’t going to want to stay there if we didn’t want to risk potentially being murdered and I went to the desk to cancel our reservation. They told me it was impossible to cancel, even though they were not supposed to have charged my card yet, and that I couldn’t even cancel by paying the fee they have listed on their site. The best that they offered was cancelling our second night with a cancellation fee and charging us for the full first night. At this point I was tired of arguing with people who treated me like a criminal and who were near impossible to understand due to their accent/limited knowledge of the English language. I figured what the heck, let’s brave danger for one night, maybe it’s not so bad. After entering the room, I was reminded of a scene from CSI or Law & Order: SVU. The walls were dirty and in some areas looked like they had dried blood on them. Our fridge in unit was non-working and smelled like it had once housed various body parts and/or fluids. The sheets were stained and covered in cigarette burns/holes. The bathroom was terrifying. Every single white towel looked as though they had been used for 12 years in a YMCA gym; they were stained brown and falling apart. There has to be at least 5 building code violations in the space they put around the toilet, not that you’d even want to try to use it. Between the cracked bowl and the(I swear to God it had to be) half-ply single roll of toilet paper they give you, taking a poop would be a highly risky prospect. Did I mention that the shower curtains had black mold and what appeared to be more blood stains on them? After booting up our laptops to escape our present reality for the night, we found out that they do NOT, I repeat DONOT have WIFI. After conversing with the front desk again, I was given some excuse about how it had just went out«that morning». I can say with 173.56% certainty that it will always have gone out«that morning» if you decide to tempt fate by staying here for the night. After going to get dinner, we returned to find two cop cars parked in the parking lot and they were arresting one of the guys staying in a room there. It wasn’t much of a surprise. BOTTOMLINE: Do not stay here. For your health and sanity, spend $ 15 bucks extra or just sleep in your car in the parking lot of a grocery store. It would seriously be much more sanitary, comfortable, and probably safer. Only stay here if you want to get hepatitis or are looking to buy drugs and/or hire a prostitute. Or if you have a death wish.

This place was awful. After paying the fee, we were told there was no wifi(even though it was advertised as having wifi). We got a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like shit. The smoke detector beeped all night. The next morning, we discovered that the shower DIDNOT work. We requested some kind of courtesy money back for the inconveniences. The two people running the place told us there was nothing they could do for us. I asked to speak to management. They told me the management was not there, there was no phone number for him and no name they could give me. I demanded at least a name. They kept repeating that his name was«Bob» no last name. I asked for a phone number repeatedly, but they refused any information. It was clear that they were lying and just did not want to give us any money back. This place was horrible. It felt unsafe, and was in a bad neighborhood. You talked to the management through a glass window, like at a liquor store. Let me hammer this in: This place had no working wifi, no working shower, smelled like cigarettes even in the non-smoking room, and management was totally unfriendly and will treat you like a criminal. NEVERGOHERE.
