Attended a walk in birthday party on Sunday Jan 10th. Got the only long table available, some were being used with people at the them, but most just had dirty cups and plates. Watched the whole two hours we were there and only the ones that they cleared was the ones they needed to clear for the next party coming in. I even moved some off a booth because we needed more room. When we left the big room with all the tables and booths had dirty plates and cups. Totally unacceptable for a restaurant. I’m just hoping they sanitize the rides and games better than they do the tables!

By far the worst managed location I’ve seen. 6 employees only one of them working or helping anyone. Usually about 25% of the games are broken and the ones you can play more often than not don’t give your kids the tickets they win.

I’m writing this review mostly because of the manager on duty, Lucas and the«kid checker» Caleb at the door… both were so friendly while I was so frustrated. The machines wouldn’t dispense tickets several different times on my little friend’s birthday and he was getting UPSET. he lost it when the skee ball machine didn’t release the balls and he wasted 2 tokens. he yelled I HATETHISPLACE. I WANTTOGOHOME. then we ate dinner. he was better. yay for cheese pizza. mommy found an employee and got more tokens for the ones he lost and more tickets for the ones that didn’t come out when they were supposed to and then at the very end i had a really nice chat with the manager, Lucas.

Management needs better training. We came here for my sons 4th birthday. We had a party of 7 adults and 11 kids– we decided to not do a party as we had more freedom with what we can and can’t order. It was a mistake from the very beginning. We ordered 3 pizza’s-1 cheese, 1 pep and 1 ham. They came out with a Hawaiian. Ok, so no big deal, but I didn’t wanna be charged for something I didn’t order. So I find someone one and what did they do instead? They ordered me another with double ham. Ok. So time goes by and we order a cake. 7:20 order was placed, they give us a number– and I run back up to grab it by 7:50. The MOD explains to me it’s edible now but still frozen so I should just let them know when I want it.(Well, I was up there but you told me it wasn’t ready-so bring it out when it’s not frozen at all) by 8:15 still no cake, so I ask another male manager to bring it out. 10 min later. We go up and just ask for our money-the kids got antsy and adults impatient waiting for this cake so then my husband comes back and the manager says that all I needed to do was ask for it. Keep in mind, I still had the number(for them to deliver) I had already asked the female manager once, then the 2nd manager twice but all I had to do was ask for it? It was brutal. :(needless to say, I don’t think I’ll ever be going back. This one is poorly ran, I’d be better off going to Safari SAMs or Johns Incredible Pizza. :(

I give 4 stars which on Unilocal means«yay! I’m a fan». This is because every time we go, my son has the best time, and we go on weeknights when no one is there. I went here as a kid, and had birthday parties here. It sure has changed since I was younger, but I would say the changes made were for the better. The pizza is so much better than what it used to be, and I enjoy a few slices now when I go. The prices are, I think, good. You can get 55 tokens, a large pizza, and 4 drinks for $ 30. That is a cheap night out when you consider the cost of movies these days, or even other game/food places. The only cons I would say is that, the game selection here is interesting. They have a bunch of cool ones for younger kids(which is awesome for my 3 year old), and cool games you don’t usually see. There aren’t some of the popular games I like, however, and all games dispense the lowest amount of tickets. So don’t expect to win any prizes aside from the plastic tiny ones inside the glass counter. Also, I had no idea that their salads were $ 7! That blew my mind. I understand it is all you can eat, but you get a small styrofoam plate, and limited selections. Never seen that price before.OUCH. Lookup coupons online before you go, and they take multiple different ones at a time which is nice.

I was super excited to bring my boys here because we don’t have one in Southern Oregon. It wasn’t so disappointing until we went to the Family Fun Center in Wilsonville. I spent almost the same amount here as I did there and had almost nothing to show for it… we honestly don’t even remember anything that stood out here and we just went last week. I guess the coolest part was the hand stamp — nobody can leave the building without checking the matching stamp. More places should do this. Otherwise, prices for food were outrageous for the quality, but if you stick to salad — you should be fine.

I reached«Super Dad’ status when I mentioned Chuck E Cheese. So, for forty bucks, we got a large pizza, four refillable soft drinks, and 100 tokens. Which means that after divvying up the tokens between three kids, I became; «The Invisible Man». For an hour and a half, I sat by myself, snacking on pizza and guzzling root beer, all the while sneaking peeks at some of the moms.(My bad) Management is on the ball. Service is great. And the younger staff is very patient with kids. These kids live on games puking out tickets, only to be used for very expensive«sweet tarts» and other plastic«things». The pizza, I think, is tasty. And you can get a budweiser for a buck less a lincoln. Good times! Kids are happy. I’m happy.

What an upgrade from the days I came here! I visited this location for my friend’s daughter and a lot’s the same and a lot’s different. This is the place to go to take any kiddo(or adult)! I swear all the parents with their kids were playing all the games for their children. I get it when adults want to get their money’s worth spent on tokens! I know I would want to maximize my ticket return!(The game towards the middle where you’re shooting coins at what look like house doors is the best one, by the way!) Depending on how many tokens you desire, there are different price points. I paid $ 5 for 15 tokens. That was the right amount for me to relive my childhood. I had so many fond memories here for every birthday growing up as a child. It’s where I got to spend time with family and that famous rat, Chuck E. He’s upgraded since my tween years. He looks more hip or has gone through an eating disorder. Either way, he’s skinnier. My mom spoiled me hard by taking me here. With all the tokens I used, I only got about 60 tickets. They no longer weigh your tickets like before, but you now feed your earned tickets into one of the several machines throughout the space to calculate and print out a receipt of how many there are. You must do this before claiming any prizes. Beware that a lot of machines were miscalculating how much I really had! I’d advise to count before feeding because you might lose some that way! If you notice a difference, bring it to an employee’s attention. That’s what I did when I counted 24 tickets and the machine only read 18. The employee came back to me with a printed receipt of 50 tickets for the inconvenience! They don’t serve the best food here(pizza, a weak salad bar, and soda), but that’s not why you come here. You come here to spend time with your children(or friend’s children) and make memories!

It’s clean and the staff are great. I wish the pizza was better but not quite as bad as frozen. They have a glutton free portion which is cool. Of course us adults would like more of a variety of games but my boys never complain.

This chuck e cheese is clean. You can tell this restaurant is ran by a excellent team. The management and staff are professional and helpful. The staff walks around ensuring the machines are running, clean and that the customer is happy. Thank you for running a clean family friendly establishment.

I have three kids and two goddaughters, so I have spent many a birthday at Chuck E.‘s. By far the worst part of the Chuck E.‘s experience is the truly awful(and overpriced) pizza. Hospital cafeterias serve better. You also have to endure long lines and long wait times just to get the thing. It is definitely not worth the inexplicably long amount of time you are forced to wait for it, even when there are few customers. The part that will truly drive you insane is that while you are trying to eat this awful mess, the CEC robots are singing its praises at top volume. You’re not safe when the robots«take a break,» either: the many TVs jump to life and a good 90% of the«entertainment» is songs & skits about how great this slop is. There is no escape. It is truly adding insult to injury to listen to song after song about how fantastic the pie is while you’re valiantly trying to choke the hideous stuff down. I truly do not understand why the pizza has to be that bad. You can get frozen supermarket pizza with greater quality for a fraction of the cost. On to the pros & cons: ***PROS: Good games, good security(including black light hand stamps), and parties are handled well. My kids liked hearing their names and participating in a birthday cheer/song led by Chuck E. and the party host. The bathrooms are always clean, which cannot be easy with so many kids flying around. The little toys you exchange your tickets for are cute. The games are pretty generous with the tickets, and the looks on the faces of the kids who hit it big are priceless. Coupons are plentiful and appreciated. ***CONS: Very bad beer selection(and in Oregon, that’s practically a crime), subpar air conditioning bordering on nonexistent, and absolutely no attempts to keep children from running amok. More soda taps are needed as the line is always long and the soda frequently runs out by the time it’s your turn. All in all, I am glad my kids have good memories of spending birthdays here… and very, very glad they have outgrown it.

I don’t understand why Unilocal posts the nasty, cutting review and withholds the complementary review of this restaurant. I guess it’s because the nasty one is more entertaining. This restaurant is a place where parents can be heroes to their children. The pizza is made to order from fresh and freshly prepared ingredients with a crust that is prepared at the time it is ordered. All adults are limited to two beers so parents will be able to have a drink with their dinners but not use the place as a bar. As for the service, remember that indexed minimum wage vote, Portlanders? Labor costs 300% of what it did five years ago so if restaurants are to keep the doors open, labor needs to be reduced. Prices for practically everything at this restaurant are lower than they were six years ago. When East Portland took a hit on jobs, the owners paid attention. Two people can have pizza, two drinks and 25 tokens for less than the price of two movie tickets. I wouldn’t call that overpriced.

Stepping into this place was like stepping into an inferno. The food is over priced, the game selection stinks, and kids just run around out of control in this place!!! The staff were teenagers and the animated thing in the back was just plain creepy. I asked a staff girl if they had central air as it was about 90 degrees inside and 49 outside. She said it gets worse when it’s really crowded?! Wow! I also noticed that the staff filled their soda cups out in the customer section, so every time i wanted soda I had to wait for 5 staff teens to fill up all of their cups, which seemed to always back up. You would think they would have a soda machine in the kitchen for that? Lol seems cheesy and cheap. I honestly think this place needs a complete overhaul. I left feeling like I needed to bath in sanitizer. Save your money and your sanity and pass on this crappy place. Go to Dave’s incredible Pizza instead! You’ll be amazed at how much better they are than chucke crap is.

I don’t mind screaming, provided it’s happy screaming. Federal law and the Rules of Parental Requirements mandates that all parents will be required to attend one event at a CEC’s in their lifetime. There is no escape. The pizza is okay. You’ve had worse. That’s not why you’re there, though. It’s the entirety of the CEC experience that brings you here. Actually, it was your or someone’s kid. Suck it up, cowboy. Don’t drop anything precious into the ball pit. You will never see it again. Don’t show up with a hangover. Not to worry; a migraine will be provided. Everything from your waist down is a viable target for low-flying offspring. Don’t Bogart a game. Give your tickets away. No, a visit here will not induce PTSD. It just feels that way.

Took my kids chuck e cheese today and they had a great time as usual I will say its small compared to most chuck e cheeses we’ve been to in the past but we didn’t mind being that we had our toddler with us and could watch him as he ran around everywhere

Okay, so this place is a damn good time waiting to be had. However, most of the machines were broken, and wouldn’t give you your tickets that you’d earned. The options were fun, serve beer… that’s all you need to know, right? Also, even if you’re not getting food, if you’re going with a group, reserve a table in advance to avoid a long wait.

Seriously, does ANYBODY go to Chuck E. Cheese’s for the pizza??? If they do, then they have some serious taste-bud issues! Chuck E. Cheese is DEFINITELY the best place in town to offer free birth-control! The food is mediocre, at best. They NEVER have enough staff working! And I have been there twice this month. My kids LOVE going and I can’t slight them just because I think it sucks! Again, we don’t go for the pizza! The beer is over priced($ 4.99) and not even a fancy selection. But when you go to Chuck E. Cheese’s(as an adult) you HAVETOHAVE A BEER in order to just tolerate just being there!!! The games are broken and rigged, the place isn’t all that clean and it’s(basically) just a place to teach our children about poor nutrition and how to gamble at an early age!!!

Holy F*%K! This place makes me want to do very very violent things. I had to attend my niece’s 4th bday party here a couple of weeks ago. It was the worst day of my life. First of all, 4 is too young for Chuck E Cheese. I think kids need to be 6 + to really enjoy it and understand how to play all of the games. My niece just cried and sat at the table the whole time. The lighting in this place is terrible. It could throw a person into a migraine or seizure. The animatronic group of chuck e cheese and pals is just creepy. Their robotic eyes have a tendency to get out of sync and cross in the opposite direction. I don’t think a single adult is running the place, just pimply teenagers. The prices are ridiculous. They really need to sell pizza by the slice. 16 bucks for a really small pizza that tastes about as good as grade school cafeteria pizza. I swear to god, when I have a kid I will never allow them to have a birthday at chuck e cheese. Side note* Following this, I immediately went a bar to numb my pain in an irish car bomb(it was st. patty’s day too.), and damn it sure felt good!
