Burger King

Not very impressed. We had a coupon for two Whoppers with fries and a large drink for $ 8.99, a savings of over $ 5. Based on what we were served, it wouldn’t have been worth the extra $ 5.
After ordering we stepoed over to make our drink selections, and the food was there before we were finished filling are two cups. Obviously fries and the Whoppers were not fresh made in that time frame. When we ordered we asked for extra pickles, so at least they pulled the top of the buns off and threw another pickle slice on. I think I counted 4 slices.
My date was disappointed in the fancy beverage machine because despite the selection there was no lemonade or iced tea.
The fries were just okay. Our Whoppers were a bit of the room temperature side, not hot or even close. Burgers were rather low profile, another way of saying flat, and the meat, which I assume was mostly beef, was rather rubbery.
We watched as two employees stepped outside the front door and smoked cigarettes. When we left I pasted it out they were less than 15 feet from the entrance. Pretty sure the law is 25 feet.
We had better experiences at other Burger King’s, this one just didn’t raise the bar.

I always get fast friendly service at this BK! Manager is super friendly and not only makes quick, delicious burgers, but does it with a smile! Which in today’s society is getting more and more uncommon. She even offered to put ice cream in my root beer to make it a root beer float for no extra charges! Now THAT is what I call customer service! :)

So annoying! This is the second time I ordered a double whopper meal, got home only to find a single patty on my burger. Not to mention the soda was flat and had to be poured out. Check your food before leaving people.

Worst service ever. Bathrooms are locked. And they won’t let you go in to wash your hands before you order your food. I left before finding out whether the food was any good.
