Worst fast food experience in a VERY long time! (((UNACCEPTABLE)))
Wait time was FOREVER. Unfortunately, I was stuck in the long line at that time and had no way of getting out.
When finally getting to the window to pay. The guys working were all talking and playing around. One of the guys working through HOT fries all over the other guys hands and burned him. Thinking it was funny. The guy who was burned was yelling fu*# !!! And attempting to tend to his hand while still getting orders together. It was a mess in there. No customer service whats so ever. The past couple of times coming to this location have not been good. This by far was the worst and my last!
45 min wait for fast food! Order COMPLETELY wrong. Given the wrong bag I assume. All food was cold. Onions were on sandwich. Which I can not eat. So, I basically lit $ 7.79 on fire and watched it burn. This is NOT acceptable. When I called to speak with management I was put on hold and disconnected. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Still angers me when I drive by this place!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE AT A DRIVE THRU EVER! First they had no shakes, and the clerk felt the need to tell us the crew which left at 11pm left her a mess and nothing clean and empty hence the no shakes (not what you want to hear). Then she told us she had only enough Carmel Frappes for a small and a med also the fault of the prior crew.
We asked for 2 orders as my passengers were not related. She said NO, we count cars at night and cant do that either.
On top of all that they would only take cash, a fact not posted BEFORE you get tied up in the drive thru line and cant get out.
The clerk not only dissed her fellow employees but was rude to us!
Total disappointment with this location never to return again.

First of all i wouldn’t even give this place even one star, absolutely the worst Burger King ever. The manager Brandi was beyond disrespectful when I went through the drive thru last night. I was the driver but my sister was ordering herself some food. When we got to the window to pay the manager Brandi was already pissed off and mad at the world so I just wanted to hurry and leave. My sister wanted a ranch packet and Brandi the manager started flipping out saying she doesn’t have to serve us if she doesn’t feel like it so we get the food and start driving off and she yells out the window calling us a PUNK HOE ASS BITCH, I would never ever recommend anyone to go here the food was also old and disgusting. I did call Corporate and the Franchise so I’m hoping she gets fired. The customer is always right no matter what.

This is by far the worst burger king I’ve been to. They have no sense of urgency and terrible customer service in the drive thru. The food is never hot and too often the people working the drive through are standing around talking with coworker’s.

Me and boyfriend went out for a little late night treat, but since DQ is closed we went to this burger King on 1÷21÷2015 @ 11:23 pm. We ordered 3 chocolate Hershey’s pies 1 dutch apple pie and 1 strawberry shake. We got home started to enjoy our snacks with the family. My bf opened his apple dutch pie to the suprize of it being moldy. I haven’t been a big fan of burger King, but this makes me not want to go there EVER again. Very disappointed.

Drive up is slow but that’s because of all the yahoos ahead of me. Chicken nuggets are still $ 1.49. Hot and tasty. How can you go wrong for the price. The drive up cashier was fast and efficient meaning I got my order exactly how I ordered it. We all know what a pain it can be when you get home and are missing something.

Yeah, it’s just Burger King. Nobody is checking Unilocal before they go. But I wanted to say that I just had the first burger from any fast food chain that looked exactly like the pictures in the advertisements, and tasted amazing.
I asked for extra pickles and no mayo, and I got it. I have had probably hundreds of awful experiences with fast food chains like BK over the years, and I’m just very excited that for once, they did a good job.
I don’t know who was working today and who made my burger, but sir or madam, thank you. It was awesome.

look, when it comes to fast food, no one is gonna look at Unilocal to decide if going to THIS BK rather than the one on 82^nd right? it’s a chain. the look, taste, vibe and everything is THE SAME. that’s what being a franchise is all about.
BUT, i’m here writing… why? because this one sucked.
i went in a 9:23am, and while the drive-​thru was busy, i got to the counter and ordered a meal w/​a coffee. you know what she said.
«we only have decaff»
WTH??? how can you run out of coffee???
i said forget it. she literally gave me the «well piss off then» look. it was as glorious as it was frustrating.

It’s a burger king. That about sums it up.
If you’re looking to clog an artery or two on the cheap side. This place serves up your normal BK slop.
