The best taco and burrito! My favorite by far and service was fast, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The burritos are a lot of hype for a lot of rice and sugar, carb bomb. I’m disappointed. Good flavor on the meat, but doesn’t satisfy me. Meat rice a dash of bean sprouts and radish… $ 8.50… meh

Short rib tacos are really good. They were on one of those food network shows so I tried them. The tv show was rite. The food is super good. It’s over priced but it’s worth it because it’s good.

We’ve been there twice now. Both times the rice was stale and salty. I ordered kimchi on the side both times, and both times they did not include the kimchi we paid for in the to go order. I’m still disappointed.

Wanted $ 0.25 for a cup of water… Even with dinner purchase… Servers elitist attitude Toward a simple water cup left me with a poor feeling. Food was fine

Love this place. The bulgogi beef taco is my favorite, with the short ribs being a close second. They have tons of flavor and two tacos is more than enough for me. It’s nice to have a food cart option out in the burbs.

Anytime I’m in the area I will make it over here to have the beef Korean Tacos and sweet potato fries. One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite and the service is always impeccable. Like many of the other reviewers have said, I want to try more of their food, but I can’t stray from my tacos!

The chicken tacos, add kimchi were so delicious! The ingredients were very fresh, crunchy and flavorful. And the location in Bridgeport Village is really cool. Great Christmas shopping day!

They will not honor the Unilocal discount. You will be forced to choose between 15,20,25% tip or put your tip percentage in the ipad. Most likely you will pick 15,20 or 25% because it is already there.

In my opinion, Koi Fusion makes the best burritos(especially the Bulgogi and Kalbi burritos!!) ever! I’m addicted to it! I highly recommend it!

I have been to a few other KOI Fusion locations and like all of the other locations, this one is also consistently good. Located a short walk from the parking structure and movie theater, you order at one window, pick up at another, and eat in an outdoor seating area. If you walk a little further, there is an area that is enclosed during seasons where the weather isn’t optimal. I normally indulge in the chicken burrito. It is filled with various ingredients including marinated chicken, rice, bean sprouts, cilantro, cucumber, diced tomato, and diced onion. The mix of flavors is very good. 4 stars.

So we found this place Unilocaling around. Isnt that always the case when you want to know what’s good to try?! The kiosk is located by the movie theater. There is limited outside seating so either grab a table or take it to go. I went for the kill and ordered the bulgogi tacos. Unilocal has a discount when you check in, so make sure you use it! The tacos were so delicious. It was a great blend of korean bulgogi and Mexican seasons. The lime and cilantro really brought our the marinated flavor. I would have never thought of that combo. GENIUS. The only thing I wish it had was some kim chee to go with it. But tuen again, kim chee is an acquired taste! Overall, the taste was mind-blowing! I still think about it! Ive even tried to replicate because ive been craving it so much, but it never comes out the same. It has been 4 months since I tried my first bulgogi taco, and I’m still craving them so bad. You know something is good when there is bulgogi involved. I have been looking for anything similar here in Hawaii, unfortunately there us none. So if you are near here, grab a table, a bunch of napkins and give them a try!

Re-visited with a coworker — they had such good flavor last time — and even though I was previously afraid of food poising due to the food temps — everything turned out fine. This visit I got the same Chicken Rice Bowl — again very fast service — very fresh ingredients, very good flavor. If they spent a bit more time to clean the place and had water /utensils /napkins more readily available It would be a definite 5 star.

A little taste of downtown PDX in suburbia. Living this far south makes it hard to grab a decent bite to eat. Koi Fusion is the best you can get this far out. I took Willamette Week’s suggestion and ordered two Bulgogi Beef(Steak) tacos along with one Short Rib Taco. At $ 2.95 a taco, it’s a little expensive, but 3 tacos definitely fill you up. The tacos are warm and fresh, with a heaping amount of cabbage and kimchi to go with the protein. The cucumbers provide a nice crispy textural element to the taco as well. The steak has a sweeter flavor than the short rib, so order accordingly. GETHOT! The mild is pretty weak and the hot gives it a nice spice to go with the sweet steak. My wife got the Short Rib Rice Bowl(8.75) and it tasted great! Definitely a great value because it was huge! The rice soaked up a ton of the sauce and juices from the meat, so it was extra flavorful. If you want to read the Willamette Week review, here is the link:

Love at first bite! The taco… Oh the streak taco! So fantastic! The only thing I regret is not getting two!!! And the pork slider(I normally would not do pork) but boy was it delicious the bun had a little crunch and the meat was so juicy and the sauce! Yeah I’ll be back… Like everyday!

While trying to avoid rush hour traffic on I-5, I decided to make a detour to Bridgeport village for some dinner, possibly some shopping. I had all intentions of doing my usual vegan fare at Native Foods but I saw Koi Fusion’s stand right across the theaters and couldn’t resist. I had heard of Koi Fusion and had even tried their Kim chi ice cream via Salt and Straw but have never had it until now. After prompting the über friendly cashier surfer dude that this was my first Koi Fusion go, he suggested the chicken and short rib tacos. I tried it spicy which it wasn’t(probably to make it more palatable to a broader clientele). I was blown away! The perfectly seasoned meat was balanced with fresh and tangy veggies that topped it. It was a little messy but oh-so –good. Other than the impressive reviews printed on the side of the kiosk from Portland Monthly, CNN Travel, and The New York Times, I thought the service and the food spoke for itself. Will definitely be coming back to try the burrito when I want something a little more substantial. , Koi Fusion, I salute you!

This unassuming kiosk/food cart thingy in the middle of Bridgeport Plaza was so darn good(how good you ask??) that I ate there and on the drive home was already plotting my imminent(next day, in fact) return. If I hadn’t been so full, I might’ve driven back the same day! It’s that good. From the best hotdog I’ve ever eaten(& I used to live in Chi-town) to the most flavorful quesadilla — their fusion between traditional American foods(like the ‘dogs) and over the top, spicy flavors of Korean food(kimchee me anytime, boys) is a total turn on — I would highly recommend eating here if you like in your face flavor with a little zing to a lot of said zing. Don’t miss: the hotdog aka Kdog! Sort misses: sweet potato fries. But who cares when the food is as unique as it is. I love all their protein options, but the bulgogi and the beef ribs are my, wait, now that I think about it, I love their pork, too.(psst, the kimchi is msg free!). Jal meogeotseumnida!

Disclaimer: I am an eastside Pdx – snob, so I have a pre-conceived concept that nothing good to eat is on the West side. Koi Fusion SLAUGHTERS that misconception, it is an amazing«Food cart»(maybe more of a pod) inside of the Bridgeport Shopping Center(an outdoor mall for crying out loud! Who would know that something so yummy and unique could be found there?) I have been lucky enough to catch this place about once a week, since trying it initially. I have tried the tofu burrito, the tofu tacos, the tofu slider, and the tofu/rice bowl with avocado. And, all exept the slider had kimchi, and you can choose medium or hot, and I always choose hot and it’s amazing! IT is an excellent fusion between Mexican food and Korean food, it blends together really well. I’m a pescetarian, so I don’t eat beef or chicken, but I’ve heard the items with those meat selections are really tasty. The only thing that I have ordered that I did not especially care for was the tofu slider. I don’t think it was anything with how they prepared it. I don’t know what I was expecting, but I don’t really like white bread, and I think the tofu mixture in the inside might have been mixed with some sort of mayonnaise, and I don’t really like mayonaise either. So, I picked out the tofu pieces and basically discarded the tofu slider. BUT, EVERYTHINGELSEISAMAZING! It is off the charts, atlas 6 or 7 stars out of 5!

Food was absolutely amazing. So much flavor and so yummy !! Hot Dog was a little bit too salty for my liking but that’s why it was wrapped with bacon ! ^.^ Customer service at the front was a little rude, but at least he got our food order right. Definitely a must try if you want a small snack or bite on the go !(:

Woah woah woah. Now I want a Korean short rib burrito all the time. My fiancé split this between us as a shopping snack, not realizing the full potential of its flavor. Even though there wasn’t a line, it was a bit of a wait, since they cook everything pretty fresh. There is a nice friendly guy to take your order, and other staff that alert you when your order is ready. I didn’t get anything extra with it, because you don’t need that. The burrito itself is quite pleasing.

Visited the KOI kiosk today while visiting from the Bay Area. We are big fans of this Korean Fusion restaurants and love the concept. Think Mexican dishes, but Korean style. The tacos were delicious and were served with corn tortillas with beef, chicken, and spare rib Korean BBQ meats. They have a mild, medium, or hot sauce which they can incorporate. The medium was awesome, not too hot but definitely not boring. The taco was served with a garnish on top of the meat and the spare rib was slightly sweet but I wouldn’t consider it «sweet» at all. Prices are good, $ 8 for a burrito, between $ 2.50(chicken) — $ 2.95(spare rib) for a taco depending on selection. The only thing I can knock them on is presentation. Like a popular fusion BBQ place in SF, would like to see a dish with a grilled rice cake as an alternative option to the tortilla??? The place is family owned and the staff was incredibly friendly in helping select our order. I cannot wait to get back there and try some new things. Cheers!

Overall, this takeout window was just ok. I was in Portland to do some after Thanksgiving shopping, and saw Koi’s stand in the mall, outside of the theater. There was a few people in line(usually a good sign), so I got in line to check out the menu. I wasn’t too hungry, so I just got a few things: Chicken taco and short rib taco: flavors were decent, but nothing incredible. Chips and guacamole: standard It was freezing outside, so I decided to take it to my car to eat. The price was ok, but I am not sure that I would stop by again to try the other dishes.

Ohhh my goodness!!! This place is a hidden gem. Love love LOVE their food. Asian fusion food at its best. Of course, my friend recommended this place for lunch while we were in Oregon for a visit. Yes, she recommended pretty much anything on the menu was guaranteed delicous. And boy was it knock me out of the ballpark yums. I tried the K — dog with kalbi and it was tasty. My daughter enjoyed every bite of it. The kalbi meat was tender and flavorful. The kalbi cheese steak was perfection. There were sauteed bell peppers and onions so that was my veggies for that meal. Otherwise, I would have felt super guilty for having all that delicous meat for lunch. I’m salivating, just thinking about their food. *sigh* If you’re in Oregon, find a Koi fusion and make a stop for lunch. You won’t regret the drive out to find them.

Surprisingly good. Quick food but sort of healthy. I got a bowl and it’s pretty refreshing as it’s warm and cold mixes in. Sliders look good too. Nice change to the norm
