I have been using this dry cleaners for the past 3 years due to the locale near my home. Their pricing is ridiculous but because of the convenience I kept going there. Their service is OK but the quality is mediocre. What is pushing me over the edge is that twice they have shrunk my clothes meaning they were not processed properly. I just cannot afford to lose my clothes.

After the cleaners at work lost a blazer, my wife and I decided to venture out with our $ 50 a week dry cleaning habit. Because Beau Brummell was the closest to our home we decided to go there first… The positives: Easy Access to our home — the place is right next to the Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and Oleson Road. It has a drive through — can you say awesome location with easy access? Its the kind of place you *want* to be good. The Negatives: Mediocre results(described below) Negative customer service(I’ll dive into that below) ** Mediocre Results ** On my laundered shirts(no starch) — on every trip there we found that there were parts of sleeves that hadn’t been fully pressed. On one of my wife’s dresses we found a stain that they didn’t get out — a subsequent trip to a rival dry cleaner had different results — the stain was gone. ** Negative Customer Service ** So after going to the cleaners for a few weeks, I noticed that if you shop at Fred Meyer on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway near the cleaners, you get a discount if you bring the coupon in. Great! WE shop there so we started bringing the coupon in. After all a $ 50 plus dollar a week habit its nice to get a price break. Anyway, I had to leave for a business trip so I went to go pick up the dry cleaning and lost the coupon along the way there. I told the person working the counter that I had lost the coupon and could she give me a break. She said, «Why don’t you go to Fred Meyer and buy a pack of gum.» That’s the quote verbatim. I thought about it, then I said, «Hey you know I’m in a hurry and it would be nice if you could give me the discount. If you look in the system we’ve consistently brought you more than $ 50 bucks a week worth of business.» To which she said, «Well sorry I need the coupon.» Either 1) She really did need to see the coupon, in which the management there is a myopic; or 2) She just didn’t want to give me the discount. Ultimately it was my fault for losing the coupon. But on the other hand I had brought in consistent, not insignificant business. Let’s just say that their mediocre results coupled with my negative customer service is making me take my business elsewhere. I hope that someone from this cleaners will read this post and see the forest through the trees.

I love these guys. They are so sweet and always to a good job. They even to alterations. I’ve taken a few pairs lined pants to them to be shortened and they did a fantastic job.
