Shirts came back with black ink looking spots on the sleeves. Needless to say I will be finding another cleaners (despite the nice staff and convenient location)

I’m always on the look out for a good dry cleaners and this place was recommended to me by co-​workers. I should of known better because all the restaurants they have raved about are on par with Olive Garden, Gustaf’s and Outback for fine dining. The first time I brought my garments to them they were very friendly and it all was returned to me in perfect condition. The second batch, not so good. A linen dress had stains on the bodice and a sweater had not been blocked and was completly out of shape. I returned the items and pointed out the problems plus brought in a few more pieces. The linen dress was covered in stains and now rust. The sweater was stretched out beyond repair and two of the other items had new stains. The lady told me the stains were there when I brought them in and it was my fault. I guess the old adage is true, fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you.

My wife dropped off 12 white shirts to be dry cleaned. When we stopped to be up, there were rust stains on all the outside of the collars. When we brought to there attention I was accused of bringing them in like that. I was called a lair and to leave. I am out $ 500 in destroyed shirts. These people should not be in business

This was our first time we used Moore’s and it completely met our expectations. We had a comforter, couple of shams, couple of dress shirts and a few sweaters and all was good. We will go back to this place again!

The staff is friendly and polite. They’ve got a quick turn-​around. They’ve never damaged any garment we’ve brought them. Basically, that makes a great dry-​cleaner.
Then these guys get bonus points because they’ll often help you carry your clean clothes out to your car.
The only bad thing at all is the location — it’s kinda in a little elbow off of Canyon road. If you’re headed southwest, it’s super-​easy to pop in and do a drop off or pick up. If you’re headed northeast, it’s grossly inconvenient.
