Baconfest 2011

Came all the way from California with big expectations for a big bacon festival only to find a small short street with a few vendors. Elementary schools have science fairs larger than this event…
This was the only downside to my trip to Portland. I was just left very disappointed.
It was 5 $ admission and there wasn’t much inside. The only thing that really seemed interesting was Bacon Vodka and bacon cupcake…
We probably spent just 10 minutes at most walking through the vendors and then ended up leaving.
For how small the event was I really can’t expect to pay the 5 $ admission.
I give it up to them for trying but…
Hope they step it up next year even though I’m not going to come back to find out.
