My car starting acting up and Tuffy was the nearest place. They told me they would get to it within the hour and they did. They found the problem, got the parts quick and fixed the problem in no time. I was talking about how i would only have the car for another year so they took all the long term maintenance they add on and even advised me in what i needed to get my car to that ine year mark (just new cables and caps which i got changed right there). They were friendly and accommodating pointing out their coffee and restroom. The chairs in the waiting room were comfortable if you have to wait. Ive only lived in kalamazoo for a few years and havent found a mechanic yet but have now.

I’ve been taking my cars here for about five years. When I call around and get quotes on pricing they are fairly priced for big ticket repairs. They have done major work for me and they are fast but high caliber work. They even called around and found a new side mirror for me from a junk yard to save me money but it looked brand new!

All the staff at this Tuffy is extremely helpful, honest and friendly. Because it is a small operation, the employees take the time to talk to you and explain what needs to be fixed. I recently had a headlight socket and sway bar links replaced and the quote they gave me was around $ 50 cheaper than I got elsewhere. I will never take my car to the dealership again. Also there are corporate and local coupons online! I would have given 5 stars if there were a nice waiting room, but its just a little foyer with a few seats.
Great service and prices!!!
