My wife and I are so happy we found this gym. It is great because we can workout together regardless of our different fitness levels. The kickboxing is a real cardio workout and we have seen quick results! The trainers are very motivating(they aren’t crazy drill sergeants, they build you up rather than break you down) and the gym is new, clean, and comfortable. Worth it!

Got a Groupon deal for«ILOVEKICKBOXING» which is held in this location. I usually take the class in Chelsea(Manhattan). But Now that I live in Long Island and this place is close to my home. I gave it a try. Place is Big, Clean and pretty new. Staff is very minimal since they are trying to bring more customers to this location. OK here’s the ILoveKickboxing class review: The trainers were very attentive, push you to the limits. Love the energy. The class consist in 15 minute hard core cardio(running, jumping, push ups, sit ups, etc), Then about 10 minutes of stretching, catching your breath and sweat all of it out. Then another 25 – 30 minutes of punching, kicking. Make sure to bring a small towel and water, I guarantee you’ll sweat a lot, You will be Barefoot and wear comfortable activewear.
