Nice place inside. Had haircut and color as well as pedicure. Color was good but haircut was marginal. She took maybe 5 minutes to cut and basically just lifted hair at crown and cut across. I wanted layering and guess that what she did for layering. For $ 95 I expected more. Blowout was good. Pedicure girl was nice and did nice job but the space she worked in was not great. Her chair was shoved in back area by back door so people were going in and out the entire time. Chair itself did not seem to function as no whirlpool effect. Not a real inviting or relaxing space. I won’t likely go back.

I’ve come here many times for color and cuts, and when I first started there, it was great! I loved it, never wanted to go anywhere else. But the last two times I’ve been, there’s alot of new people and have been less impressed with my haircuts.

I was a little iffy about this salon but I went in anyways (with an appointment) because I had a party to go to and my usual hair salon wasn’t open. I got Alex and showed her a picture of what I wanted for hairstyle. SHE KILLED IT. I got compliments on it! Even though she asked for help from the other stylists, I didn’t mind. Everyone there was super friendly! It’s pretty pricey but I will be coming here again ;)

I have been in PSL for about a month. Shanda did a cut/​style/​wash on my hair today. She was wonderful. I didn’t have a picture of a haircut I was looking for (which I normally do but did not have time). She was very explanatory in the vision she had for my hairstyle. Some notes about my experience — everyone there was friendly and greeted me. Shanda told me how I could style this new ‘do, without me having to ask. Everyone there was professional, none of the gossip you hear at most of the salons.
The place is expensive, but well worth the visit. Thank you Shanda!

Decent haircut, took off a little too much. You can only tip with cash or check, can’t add it to your credit card. Kind of annoying.

Great stylist. Never left with a bad cut or unhappy with the service. Prices are fair as well for the job they do!

I had my first facial done at Vivid Spa. It was great. Quiet and relaxing. Then they go over all the products that they used at the end. Will go back!

Ladies, you know that once you find someone that knows hair and knows how to make your hair look good… you’ll never go to someone else for as long as they are around. Vivid is that place for me.
Vivid itself is always bright and clean. Their staff is friendly and accomodating. Their prices are comparable to any other salon in the area. They apparently do manicures/​pedicures, facials and waxes there too, if you need a place that can give you everything.
Lorenza was the first girl that did my hair there. She did an amazing job and has consistently done so ever since. None of the other girls have done my hair yet, but from the amount of loyal clientele they’ve all built… I’m sure they are just as capable.
Vivid is located on St. Lucie West Boulevard, in the same building next to Jay’s Fine Jewelry and also next to Arby’s.
