This company is terrible to work with. It took two months to receive an order I placed last fall. There was no communication from the store whatsoever to tell us our shoes were backordered(we had to call them repeatedly just to speak to a human; and during business hours, it was near-impossible to get anyone to answer phone calls). I recommend that you avoid the mistake I made. DONOT order from this online store. I can’t say anything about the physical store in Washington, but for web sales, the customer service is nonexistent. Zappos remains my primary shoe source.

DONOTORDERFROMTHESEPEOPLE!!! I ordered shoes for my mother back in July. Today is December 17th and we still don’t have any shoes. But they have their money!!! My credit card was billed immediately. I’ve tried calling many times, they NEVER answer or return phone calls. I’ve emailed many times. Still, no response, no shoes, but they have their money. Worst online company I have ever dealt with. If I could choose –0– stars, I would.
