Super Wok

We used to frequent this place until an older lady waited on us: threw spoons and forks to our table instead of setting them nicely and gently, banged plates and we started to feel like we are not welcome in that place. So rude and aweful customer service. Never going to eat in this place again.

Hubby and I had lunch. I wanted to try out the Phở. Pretty good. We are surly returning with the rest of our family.

Worst service and food. I ordered sesame chicken and orange chicken. Both sauces were watered down with no flavor and a horrible after taste. After an hour and a half of waiting, i called to cancel my order and i was hung up on. I will never go here again and i do not suggest you even try it.

The Chinese food is pretty good! It’s my go to in the Port Orchard area. Sadly, when my husband and I had the phở it tasted off. like almost rancid. We ended up throwing it out. So now I stick to the Chinese and get my phở fix elsewhere.
Pretty good place for takeout, but the times I ate in the service wasn’t great. There’s one waitress there who constantly has an attitude and just seems like she’d rather be anywhere else, even if you’re just in for pickup.
We only ordered delivery once and it took quite a while to get the food, and the driver had a very hard time understanding English. He seemed sweet though! It was just a little frustrating.
In my opinion it’s the best Chinese good you’re going to get in Port Orchard.

A solid 3.5 star eatery. The fact that they deliver gets them another .5 star.
The first time (and only) time I ate in here I didn’t care for it. But the idea of delivery sucked me back into trying it. On that one visit I had Phở. I’ve found I’m not a fan of phở in a general sense.
So to the actual review:
Delivery has been 100% problem-​free. Always within estimated time and the customer service has been great.
The food hasn’t always arrived in the very best condition, however. I would say that maybe 40% of the time the food arrives luke warm. The other 60% it arrives hot and fresh. Fried and sauced items are still crispy instead of soft and rubbery. I still can’t really be upset with the food temperatures, because, well, heck, it’s delivered. I appreciate not schlepping three little kids out every time I need a quick-​ish dinner option.
One of our favorite things to order is the honey-​walnut prawns or chicken. Really DELICIOUS! Mmmmmm! A close second is the twice cooked pork; a heavenly stir fry of sliced pork, mushrooms, back beans, bamboo shoots, celery, ginger in a brown sauce. So, so yummy.
A big miss was their Pad Thai, the first time we ordered delivery. The sauce was missing at least ingredient and it only resembled Pad Thai visually. We quickly decided to drop this from our choices for next time.
Their fresh spring rolls are good, what you understand them to be. The Po Po platter is ok. Their sushi is just alright, passable.
I’ve ordered at least 8 different menu items and only one was really «bad», most were at least good, and some are excellent!

Terrible. Small portions. Ordered Pad Thai, tasted horrible. Added peanut sauce on side, was watered down. Do not eat here.

I always come here to get crab ranguns when my best friend comes to visit. I always preach about them to everyone, they’re the best in town, if not the best we’ve ever had! Unfortunately today when we got our regular (bulk) order to pig out at home. they were really airy and puffy and didn’t have much filling in them.): I was very disappointed and hope it doesn’t happen again because we love this place! We would hate to have to drive all the way to bremerton for them. Giving it one more shot in a few weeks when she comes to visit again. Will update here afterward!

I get my regular Phở fix here good and tasty and reasonably priced. Thai shrimp fried rice is a must try. They have a new sushi menu good presentation and fresh. Lunch menus are reasonable and quite tasty. Service is great. Ping the waitress takes care of her customers

We called to order delivery. It took them ages just to do the order as the woman taking the call could not find things in the computer. Then they said 40 mins to delivery. An hour later they had not arrived and we had no calls. So I called them to ask where the food was. The same girl answered and said that the driver has just left, so it would be delivered soon. They are about a 10 – 15 min drive away. 30 mins later the food still had not arrived. Almost 40 mins later (note, an hour and 40 mins since we had ordered) we called to say that they could cancel, as it still was not delivered and we were going to make our own dinner now. They gave us some lame excuse about how they had the address wrong as the «girl» who took the order must have written down the address wrong, except it was the same girl answering this call as took the order almost 2 hours prior. They never called to ask us for the correct address. It was all rubbish and nonsense. At two hours the driver finally appeared with our food, and we let him know we had already canceled and made our own dinner and to take the (now cold) food back and just refund our money. We definitely will never order from this place again!

I haven’t even received my food yet and am already extremely disappointed. The driver showed up with the wrong order and the only reason it was caught is because I noticed the total amount was $ 10 more. Then when I called the restaurant to ensure that my order wasn’t sitting there for an hour the receptionist literally hung up on me! When I called back a different receptionist told me another driver was delivering my food… I will update as to the quality of the food but based on this evening will never order from this place again!!!

love this restaurant. Best Chinese around not to mention the Thai food is excellent. My husband always gets the almond chicken (huge portion) and the gravy is perfect. I always get some sort of hot spicy dish and it never disappoints.
This is the only Chinese restaurant we’ll go to now. We’ve tried them all.

As with most places that have this many different things on their menu for cheap prices, this is one of those places that’s a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ shot that I’m going to be sick later but usually tastes good enough and is cheap so sometimes I’ll roll the dice since I live so close. Normally if I’m in the mood for Asian food I’ll just go to the extra few feet to Phở Kai or extra block for Thai Orchard but on my laziest days where I’m low on funds I’ll take my stomach on an adventure. Will I wake up feeling refreshed at 8am tomorrow or at 3am puking my brains out? Who knows. That’s half the fun right?

Phở and Chinese food haven’t really been on my radar as of late. I’m trying to be healthier and not eat out as much, since I’m above grabbing an overpriced salad when I dine out. Because of this, Super Wok has been severely neglected by me for awhile. However, I drive past it nearly every day and seeing a sign for «Sushi Grand Opening» did not go unnoticed. I didn’t have time to stop in and check out the menu, but I kept it in my mind that one day soon, I would go in for lunch and try them out.
I finally got there late last week and as usual, the waitress was quick to greet me and told me to sit wherever. It was about 2 in the afternoon, so it was fairly quiet. The waitress handed me their shiny new menu and I was very happy to see they had an extensive menu. A good variety of real sushi (with fish) and vegetarian sushi. I’m on the veggie boat, with an assortment of cooked fish/​meat, when it comes to sushi (sue me), and I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of choices at other places in town. Shops in Bremerton and Silverdale get my sushi money because of this. But now Super Wok boasts an incredibly expansive menu to please everyone? Yes! The prices are great, too.
I ended up ordering an eel avocado roll, a tempura chicken roll, and a peanut avocado. The peanut avocado especially because I’ve never seen it offered anywhere around here. It took a little while for the rolls to come to me, given that there was really no one else in the restaurant, but what I was served was more than worth the wait. It was beautifully plated, nice big servings (as sushi should be!), and I couldn’t stop myself from eating it all. I saved half of my peanut avocado roll and a couple pieces of the chicken tempura roll for dinner that night. The rest went down smooth.
Total bill for all three rolls was $ 15. And I was full and satisfied. Definitely a winner. I will be back. A lot.

Tried out the delivery last night because I was having a day and online ordering was the only thing that was going to fix it. I ordered a combo dinner from their limited options with no customisations. The app didn’t give confirmation that the order was sent to the restaurant and had no tracking like I’m used to with Eat24, so I wasn’t sure my order went through, but it had a delivery time listed, so I remained optimistic.
Around 10 minutes after the delivery time had passed (which was already an hour after we ordered), I called the restaurant. The number listed on the order went to a mailbox that was full. After some extensive Googling, I found a secondary number which was eventually answered after quite a bit of ringing. I asked if my order had gone through and the lady who answered said he was on the way, very apologetic. Another 20 minutes goes by and he finally shows up (I should mention I live about 7 minutes away). Again, very apologetic. Hands me the bag and leaves.
I unpack the bag and find WAY more appetisers than ordered, which was awesome. There was bbq pork, crab rangoon (the best thing about this whole meal), egg rolls, and some sort of satay skewer. None of these were the fried dumpling appetiser I actually ordered, but whatever. The orange chicken looked kind of soggy, but it tasted far better than it looked, with flavouring coming from the real oranges and peppers I found scattered throughout, rather than artificial flavouring like some places, so… not terrible. The sweet and sour pork was crisp as were the vegetables, although there were maybe a dozen tiny vegetable chunks for a huge platter. Unfortunately, there was no sweet and sour sauce included, which kind of ruined the whole thing. The bbq pork fried rice was unremarkable and the portion was tiny compared to the sizes of the rest of the food… not really much to share in this «family» platter. The egg drop soup was also tasty enough, but only big enough for maybe 2 people to have a small portion.
It served the need, I suppose, but I’ll get over the inconvenience of lifting up the phone to order if it means a better experience somewhere else.

I do not recommend this place. I ordered beef Pad Thai and it was awful. The beef made me gag and was so soggy… It was either expired beef or not beef. I will not be going there ever again. I literally left the whole plate there I took like 3 bites and couldn’t eat it…

Just spent 19.78 for take out. Got home to find a bunch of garbage. Spare ribs were hard and charred. Pork fried rice didn’t have any pork or veggies, but was soaked in soy sauce. Chicken dishes were tasteless. I believe all the food was cooked days ago and warmed up. What a disappointment. Never going there again and will spread the word that it’s awful.

Wow, well I’ll never be coming here solely based on the customer service– or lack thereof. I placed an order with a different phở place just down the road and I went in to super wok thinking I’d placed my order here. I walked in, waited for someone to greet me for a few minutes, and when she did she yelled across the restaurant «order takeout?» So I said yes and she walked over. I told her I’d placed an order under my name and she looked at me like I was stupid, then some guy came out from the kitchen and said there were no orders. Then I said I may have placed one with some other restaurant up the road and the guy said «there ARE no restaurants up the road.» Then they began speaking a foreign language to one another as I waited for them to talk to me. I waited about one minute and walked out. How rude! Not interested in this place one bit after that!

This place has the best phở and fresh spring rolls are awesome. Thai tea taste horrible. Costumer service is not the best.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I was told 20 minutes on a to go order, 50 minutes later it was ready, and there were no customers in there! Would have left if hadn’t paid when arrived. No sorry, not even a cup of soup while waiting. If you do a Togo order make sure you don’t pay till the food comes out, then you can leave if they’re taking forever. Food is way below average compared to other Asian restaurants but it is one of the only ones open on Sunday night with both curry and chinese. Last time we ordered the red curry chicken it had weak flavor and very little chicken, tonight it had almost no curry flavor and 5 small pieces of chicken. Should’ve learned from the previous experience. No more superwok for us.

Been here a few times as they are right down the road for us. Not a bad place but not spectacular.
Their menu online doesn’t seem to coincide with their restraint menu at times. Other than that it’s the closest phở for us so were more than often coming back. Service is typically good, though I’ve been waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes without as much as a hello let alone anyone asking about my order.
Overall could be much better with a little effort and could be worse.
