Its McDonald’s. Not much you can say about the food that you won’t already know/assume. I’ve never had a problem with the staff, and we come on rainy afternoons for my kids to play in the playhouse which is always kept clean.

well, it’s McDonald’s…but I’ll tell you, they have the fastest drive-thru around! and their fries are always delish.

As far as I am concerned, a McDonald’s is a McDonald’s in terms of the food. However, the staff, over all cleanliness and customer service is why this place only gets 1 star. They charge you for extra dipping sauces; even if you just dropped 30 bucks for your family to eat there. What’s the .20 cents to them? Just seems petty. I appreciate the fact that other fast food joints, including the McDonald’s off the freeway, don’t charge for extra sauce. The staff is hit and miss. I think I’ve noticed the morning weekend crew is the better crew, compared to the afternoon and late night crew. I feel ALL staff should be wearing a legitimate name tag and have it properly displayed for customers to see. Not having a tag on or covering it with a sweater or silly made up nick names on the tag is just unprofessional. My advice: just go to the McDonald’s located off the freeway they usually have everything on point AND it’s WAY cleaner than this location.

Food: Standard McDonalds Service: Hit & Miss. .. Morning service shines compared to all other times. Drive thru earns the poor 2 star. .. Too many times is order shorted items(4 cheeseburgers is not the same as 3). Why ask me what sauces I want if you don’t deliver. .. Really, it is a guess what will be in the bag. Cleanliness: Hit & Miss again. .. More time by staff leaning and flirting vice cleaning most evenings. Ketchup: I know if I order fries I expect ketchup. .. See guess what is in the sack. .. See other fast food joint that provide more consistent better service next time I want a quick meal

For the 3 – 4 times a year when I get a Jones for 2 filet-o-fish and fries, happiness is finding a McDonalds that fries a good filet and serves hot, crispy fries. Bingo.

This McDonalds is ok. The place was recently remodeled and the furniture in the dining room isn’t too comfy. The service is ok, except when going through the drive through you need to make sure they got your order right. I miss the condiments they use to have available in the dining room.

It’s clean and the food is the standard menu. I like that they are lax on the no lunch before 11 am rule. I liked it when they had the fixings bar where you could add more mayo and sauces to your meal, but they recently removed that. When I first moved to Port Orchard the interior of this McDonald’s had more character. There was even pictures of Disney characters on the walls. Then they remodeled the interior to look like the standard McDonald’s interior. If you want a good place to take your children and the standard McDonald’s inexpensive food, cleanliness, and all that you have come to know about McDonald’s, then this is your place.

I’m not generally a fan of this chain but, of course, my six-year-old is. Not so much for the food but for the playland. This location has been recently renovated and I have to say that it’s looking great. And the new playland was a big hit with the kid. What really prompted me to write a review was how clean the store was. We went in the middle of lunch where a pack of soccer-playing grade-schoolers had overtaken the play area and still everything was pretty much spotless. I can’t even keep things spotless in my own house during lunch and I just have the little monst… I mean six-year-old.
