Jack in the Box

I have went to this Jack in the Box twice and I will NOT BE BACK!!! I just left there and not only are the night workers rude as fuck, they are also pretty shitty about making food!!! I asked for tacos, curly fries and a caramel coffee, all of which were simple. The girl by the name of Reilly cut me off (very rude by the way) when I was asking for the coffee to say we are out of it. I was like ok, then waited for my food. Not even two minutes after the window closed for her to get my order she said very loudly to the other worker that they weren’t out of coffee she was just too lazy to go get more from the back (she said this pretty bitchy too!), like I couldn’t hear her!!! I got my food and left and when I got home, tacos were cold as hell and the curly fries were so filled with grease and tasted so burnt that I had to immediately throw them away!!! I will drive the extra miles to the Bremerton location from Port Orchard as I will NEVER AND I MEAN EVER BE BACK TO THIS SHITTY ESTABLISHMENT!!!

This is how my chicken fajita pita came from Jack In The Box on Mile Hill. I’m pretty sure there’s something wrong with this picture. So freaking rude thanks a lot glad I paid for this piece of crap.

I have been a customer of the Jack in the Box franchise my whole life. (that would be 49 years!) My Grandpa used to take me there for tacos and onion rings all the time. That being said, this Port Orchard one is usually just awful. I try it every 6 months or so, hoping for some kind of change but it just doesn’t happen. Tonight hubby picked up some onion rings, tacos and egg rolls for me. I had asked him to please ask them to do the onion rings well done as I’ve been there semi recently and they were hardly done at all and floppy. He said he did ask them to do that and again, they were undercooked. Wrong color, floppy and generally no taste. I know my onion rings and they were just all wrong. They failed to put my husbands fries in the bag so all he had was a shake and burger. They are consistent about one thing and that is consistently not getting orders right. You can just about bet on it. I’ve about given up on this location. Perhaps I’ll try one in another city. I’m done wasting money at this one.

I love this Jack in the Box! Their food is always yummy, and the crew is always friendly. Even if they are smashed with customers I have never had a wrong order. It makes me smile to think of their curly fries…

When I received my food, my fries were super cold. My husband burger was cold and the bread was burnt. My breakfast was burrito was hot but it didn’t taste right. I will not be going back

Clean. Walked in, got a to go order. Staff complained of being to busy. 3 cars in drive thru and us inside. Got home, got the order wrong. Ordered 2 ultimate cheese burgers, got 1 burger and one ultimate breakfast sandwich. I could understand the mix up… if it wasn’t buy 1 Ultimate Cheese burger get one free. Receipt was correct. Seems like the one place in town that doesn’t get my orders right, on a constant basis.

This place is the worst in the area! The workers have attitudes, you can tell they hate working there. The food tastes like it’s been sitting for hours and leaves you with that «I wish I didn’t eat that» feeling, and to top it off the place just always looks dirty. Won’t be back for awhile.

I ate here today, it had been a while. It was clean. They had a different crew working here since the last time I ate at this Jack in the Box.

This place has gone horribly down hill from what I can remember, the service is bad, the restaurant is dirty, and they can never get an order right to save their lives, every single time I’ve gone here I’ve left with something messed up, from a drink to the entire meal I haven’t had a single good experience here, the only reason I even bother going still is because they’re open late at night and that’s the only reason at this point…

What a dissapointment; restaurant is poorly kept, drive thru uncleaned and dreary; The customer service skills… what skills! food poorly prepared, wrong orders uncaring employees and management; made several complaints to coorporate, got no calls only coupons to return. I returned alright… To another location «Silverdale or Bremerton»
