Dealt with the pharmacy for way too long. There were always ridiculous long lines(10 – 30 minute waits), too many instances of them filling the wrong prescription, rude customer service, and overcharging. Don’t go here.

My wife was just here trying to purchase a last minute Christmas gift. She could not find anyone to help her, there was a long line with only two people working at the registers, shelves were empty, and the staff working seemed overworked and stressed.

Nothing but issues from this pharmacy! They wanted to charge me almost 200 dollars for a simple injection that I could easily get from my primary for 25. Plus why do you advertise appointments for shots then when I get there you don’t even have the stuff I need?!? Never coming here again.

I detest this place. It’s terrible. The pharmacy always lags! I have had problems with all 3 cvs pharmacies. Just go to target!

Their two male pharmacist assistants put me through the ringer to refill my prescription. They put me through twenty questions including ones that are not even relevant. They made me feel like I was a junkie for filling one prescription.

Really, does anyone have a brain in this store. They act confused when they are wrong. Charging me the wrong price! It was clear as day on my receipt but that didn’t help, they were confused the minute they came to work that day! I just couldn’t believe it. NOT going back.

I’ve been dealing with a workers comp injury and have been having issues every time I get a prescription for it. But the pharmacy staff are so kind and helpful. They go above the strive for 5! They have called Drs for me, faxed rx refill referrals and called pretty much every WC number to make sure I get what I need. With as much hassle as this has been, they have made it easier on my end!

I’ve dealt with CVS Pharmacy(formerly Long’s) for more than 10-years. I’ve had a pleasant experience with Reyna, Paula and, more recently, Laura. I’ve found them to be helpful, courteousness, and friendly. As a comparison, I recently filled an RX at Walmart for my mother. That place was a zoo! I’m happy with CVS Pharmacy and plan to continue my business with them. John Howard Port Hueneme, CA

Pharmacy=still shitty. The couple times I’ve been in since my last review the employees that aren’t working the pharmacy are not doing much besides shooting the breeze while the shelves are empty and floor moves half completed. Glad I don’t have my own prescriptions filled here.

I came in tonight to buy a few things. My boyfriend came inside with me to use the bathroom and then waited for me outside while I did my shopping. After I purchased my items from the cashier(her name was Janice), I went outside to find my boyfriend being frisked by a police officer and then learned she(Janice) found the time to accuse him of shoplifting, flag down a police officer and have him searched before assisting me at the cash register. Of course, no stolen items were found in his possession. We will not be returning here.

Worst pharmacy ever. The ‘Dr.’ If you want to call him that was so unprofessional I’m afraid to give my daughter the medicine he just have us for fear he didn’t do it properly. He couldn’t even be bothered to give a consult. Never coming here again. Star only because I had to but they do not deserve it!

I’m not sure why other people have had bad problems here, but everyone working here has always been so helpful! I normally come in during my lunch break(between 11 – 1) and everyone always helps when I’m in a rush. Today I came in and the coupon machine wasn’t working, the girl came over to help me until it worked :). For the most part they are a little slow when checking out… but I’d rather have them focus on what’s going in the bag and the prices than rushing to get you out. I’ve gone to places where they’ve overcharged me and just scanned and put the items in the bag… not here :) they fix any problem right away! THANKSGUYS!

Longest lines, and worst service. Rite-aid next door is much better.

Nothing but impersonable cashiers and LONG waits. The pharmacy staff is much better but they are still too slow. Will not be going back there again. I would rather use Walgreens.

This store was much better when it was still«Longs». CVS puts items in weird spots. My daughter had an ear infection not long ago and I went in to find some homeopathic eardrops. I looked in the children’s section, «natural» section, cold/flu section, etc. I found the adult ear drops but not the children’s. I finally found the only other employee that appeared to be there, minus the one cashier, and she was in the candy aisle with her hand down some girl’s pants. Now, I know that sounds horrible and at first I was like, «WTF!?» but she said she was trying to fix her daughter’s pants. Um, your daughter is like 25. Let her fix her own pants. Anyway, she said the children’s eardrops were in the«eye» section. Sure enough, amid the contact lense solution, there they were. Confusing! I haven’t tried the pharmacy but the people back there always look pissed off so I don’t think I’ll try it out any time soon.

We recently moved all of our prescriptions to Longs from Savon Drugs. It’s convenient to have prescriptions filled near home, as well as the bonus of receiving a $ 30 gift card for changing to Longs. We gotta say, though, that we’re not the most thrilled with the service of the pharmacy so far. One of my gal’s biggest beefs is that when a prescription needs a doctor’s OK, they don’t seem to expedite the call to the doctor nor advise us when the prescription is finally approved & filled. We’ll give them another month and then re-evaluate if we want to return to Savon.
