Worse At&T store I’ve ever been in. No sure what the bushy haired white/hispanic wild looking guy name was who looked to be in charge, but he was no help. He actually made my situation worse. Went in Sunday 2÷14÷16 after realizing I had lost my phone which was a company phone. Told this heartless dude my situation and how I wanted to report it lost and get a replacement. Dude looked up my account and very rudely said«I cant help you, you’re not on the account as a authorized user.» No filter whatsoever! He looked and act as if he took pride in not being able to help me. I asked if we could all my boss(the account holder) and get authorization from him over the phone. I received a quick«Nope, he has to physically be in the store». With no attitude I just left, stunned by the lack of professionalism by this guy. I came back the next day(yesterday), after having my boss put me on the account as an authorized user, Im thinking everything would be cool and I’ll get my phone. Once this same rude guy checked my account, he said ok. He walked over and grabbed a little booklet off the wall that«customers are free to take» and told me I need to call this number and they’ll send me a new phone, he cant help me. I’m thinking he could have told me this yesterday and I could have started the process then(which is horrible in itself). I will never step foot in this place again… I’ll drive to the at&t in Ventura, its far more professional and accomodating. Judging from the other comments, Im not the only one who feels this way. Horrible experience!

I could not believe the ignorance of one, Manny. I forgive him first and foremost here. However I must let it be known to all who enter this place. It is an «Authorized Dealer» not an Actual AT&T store not to mention the amount of disrespect I received upon the first 5 minutes of my initial visit. Please be advised and avoid this place. If a district manager wishes to speak with me in regards to Manny I would love a face to face sit down with you both. To settle your employees misconduct.

Came in with a broken phone, left with a broken phone plus some attitude and a sales pitch. Customer service is nonexistent unless they can sell you something new.
