I ordered an arrangement at 2:45 pm on a Wednesday. I was called back a few min later, telling me they would be unable to deliver that day.(Delivery fee $ 13.99) Evidently they had sent their driver home for the day. I was asked if it would be ok if it was delivered on Thursday instead. Which is fine, not ideal, but what else could I do. At the very least they could have offered me something off my next order, or waived the delivery fee. Their operating hours are listed as M-F, 9 – 7. Why would you send your driver home before you close? This seems like poor customer service, considering the price paid for the arrangement. I will give them credit for calling me and telling me they couldn’t keep their end of the transaction. There has to be a better way to treat customers, you only get one chance… Pay for it now, or in the end you won’t need to worry about it.

I am very disappointed. I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother’s birthday and was assured it would be delivered same day. I specifically told them that her neighbor would be available to pick it up and also asked them to call her to get into the gate. They never even called to attempt delivery. I called customer service and they had no information and all they could tell me was that the«attempt failed» and there was nothing they could do. I got charged the full amount and despite filing a complaint get a call the next day to say they delivered it a day late and did not even address what my complaint was as if it had no happened. I will never buy another arrangement from them again and neither will anyone else in our family.

This review is on behalf of my mother. She recently placed an order for delivery to a memorial service of a family friend. My mother called and specifically ordered a particular arrangement and provided specific instructions to avoid chocolate. What resulted was beyond acceptable. I cannot comprehend how this place is still in business given the outright defiant and ill-mannered staff. First, my mother ordered a large arrangement because she knew it would feed a lot of people. The large arrangement cost her over $ 100. My sister happened to attend the service and sent a picture to my mom. It was the smallest arrangement she had every seen. Thus, my mother spent the money for the large option only to be swindled out of her money to have a tiny, personal arrangement sent. Second, my mother specifically stated that there are diabetics at the service and she did not want anything at all dipped in chocolate. Things were dipped in regular chocolate and white chocolate. The pictures showed dipped pieces of fruit. Again, my mom took the time to request that nothing be dipped in chocolate and even verified with the person taking the order that nothing would be dipped. But apparently Michelle doesn’t care what you order — she does what she wants and you’ll just take it. Lastly, my mother specifically asked that the fruit be delivered on a Saturday morning. Instead they tried to deliver it Friday night. They left a note on the door stating that they had been by and tried to deliver it. When my mom called the owner, she was seriously the most argumentative person my mom’s ever dealt with. She denied all of the above. My mom told Michelle that she had a picture and that my sister personally saw the arrangement. Michelle proceeded to tell my mom that my sister was a liar. Michelle went on to badger my mom and claim that the elderly woman the fruit was sent to was lying and that no delivery attempts were made on Friday. When my mom confronted her about the note stating a delivery had been attempted, Michelle resorted to her only capable response: now the elderly woman was lying and obviously was confused as to who tried to deliver something. My mom confronted her about chocolate and Michelle responded that nothing was dipped in regular chocolate, but that the arrangement ordered comes in white chocolate. My went into the fact that she had specifically asked for there to be NO chocolate and did not request any arrangement that came with chocolate. Michelle instead retorted that my mother should have read the description better. Mind you, my mom made a special phone order and completely customized what she wanted on the phone. There was never a point where Michelle was willing to work with the customer. Instead, Michelle was rude and belligerent, calling my sister and my sister’s neighbor(the elderly woman) a liar. Additionally, to add insult to this already insulting experience, the fruit was not fresh-looking. It had obviously been in refrigerator for a while. So my mom paid over $ 100 for old fruit, dipped in chocolate, sent on the wrong day, and completely not what she ordered. My mother originally did not even want her money back. She was calling as a business owner thinking maybe Michelle had an employee who was ripping her off and doing shoddy work(which is exactly what was happening), but instead Michelle went into attack mode when my mom mentioned this stating that she trusted her employees completely and that it was all my mother’s issue. As can be seen with these other reviews, Michelle and her business are sub par. Attitudes are disrespectful and rude. Quality of product is severely lacking. My mom deserves her money back and an apology.
