I’m usually a huge fan of Schlotzskys but this location is horrible! It always seems to be a mess, and the workers there are just straight up rude. They offer a military discount there, but when two people in uniform showed up the lady behind the counter seemed really annoyed about giving them their discount. I will not be going back to that location.

Overpriced and soggy bread. $ 8+ for a sandwich? I’d rather go to chick-fil-a right next door. I kind of feel sorry for them with no customers and chick-fil-a fills up the whole parking lot.

This store is terribly ran. I don’t even go here anymore but the times I did they ALWAYS got my order wrong in the drive through which resulted in me going back in to have it corrected. They’re service is terrible and they told us they stopped selling Tuna sandwiches because they didn’t sell enough supposedly. That’s all my son eats there so we stopped going. It’s always filthy in this place too. The Beaumont tx location is much better. This place needs a new manager apparently.

Lemonade: out of order One of the sodas, out of order as well. Pickles? Nope — they’re out. Small drink cups? Sorry. Out. You’ll have to upgrade to a medium or large. Sandwiches were very skimpy on ingredients. The girl working the register had an oral fixation with some piece of plastic she kept chewing on and taking out of her mouth… all of this while taking our order AND bringing out our food. So, yeah, slobber paws. On my plate. Num Num.

First let me say I love schlotzsky’s but this location is horrible. I visited this one a few months ago. Tried to go through drive thru only to be told their electricity was shut off so the store was closed. All the neighboring stores and restaurants had electricity. A few weeks later I tried again. This time I was told the drive thru was closed, it was 11:45 am on a weekday. I could come in if I wanted– I didn’t. Food here when you can get it is never the same and may be what you ordered and may not be. They forget to put the dressing in the bag, or they put the dressing on the salad and it is drowning in it. I hope they can get it together.

Decent sandwich with some pretty good choices. Buns are always fresh and tasted great. Sometimes service is not the best. Not a bad price for what you get.

I’m a huge fan of Schlotzsky’s…without a doubt the makers of my absolute favorite sandwich… they have some incredible bread and plenty of sammies to choose from… great food, good price.
