Sure enough good red-eye triple shot today. Just right. Not rocket fast service, rarely, but always good latte drinks and food items.

Love this location of Raos. We really enjoy their gelato selection. My husband loves their oatmeal raisin cookies. I love their cheesecake. Each time, we have had excellent, courteous service. Personally, I’d rather have starbucks for specialty coffees, but the brewed they have available is quite good.

My family eats and drinks coffee here often. It’s a very comfy place to hang out and have a coffee. The staff is nice. I requested they make my coffee a certain way and they were happy to accommodate. The next time I came they remembered how I wanted it and offered to make it my way as soon as I walked in. One down side is they often seemed to be out of ham croissants.

Ate lunch here for the first time. I had the #2 which consisted of a chicken salad sandwich, lays ruffles and the soup of the day. The chicken salad sandwich tasted like egg salad and the chicken gumbo tasted like canned gumbo and didn’t even have rice. Also the tea was too bitter. I’ll stick to ordering cakes for special occasions. In February I ordered an Italian cream cake and it was delicious, my mom and everyone else loved it.

Great looking food!!! Cupcakes muffins and gellato. It was hard to pick one item to try. A lil disappointed in German chocolate cupcake, a lil dry and frosting bland for my taste. Ambiance is nice like a small coffee shop, employees nice and helpful.

Valentine’s Day and King Cakes are some of the great things that they have here … and they will make your cravings force you to come back. I have ordered many King Cakes from many places, but by far the Strawberry Crème ones from here are truly savory and good. For good gooey measure we order ours«extra creamy» and they are just as you like. We also ordered a specialty Valentines Day cake and it was spot on cute and tasty and everything you want from a local bakery. Overall the young ladies and staff were great during my visit. I was passing through on my way back to Austin and they had my orders ready. I noticed casual coffee diners and on-the-go breakfast types stopping in and enjoying the day while I was here. I am not in the area often, but if I need to serve my family, friends, or business types some bakery goods. I will be coming back to Rao’s to get the order completed.

Pretty good place to satisfy a sweet tooth. There is plenty to choose from and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal but at the same time it’s rather nice. I don’t eat there as much as I used too(darn doctor) but I still sneak in occasionally. The staff is nice without being intrusive. I like the hot chocolate and the coffee is ok. The pecan sweet roll is excellent. It’s a relaxing place to visit and chill for a bit.

The cookies are great, coffee is just okay, the King Cakes are super dry, the service is wonderful though. The cakes are way way way too sweet. Sorry I wasnt impressed and I have been here several times.

Great locally owned coffee shop and bakery. Coffee is fantastic and always fresh. Baked goods are divine. Sometimes I’ll stop in to grab a bagel for breakfast, return for some chicken salad on a croissant at lunchtime and take a slice of tres leche cake for desert after dinner. …and gelato. Enough said.

Rao’s Bakery is always awesome. I’m satisfied everytime I walk through the door. Great customer service and their treats, especially the Cheesecakes, are amazing everyday of the week. It offers a relaxed place to eat and you don’t feel pressured to leave when your done. I give 4 Stars only because the Rao’s on Dowlen is little better.

Every time I’ve gotten a pastry here, it’s been dry. I super love cupcakes so it’s always been a disappoint for me. I think its because they’re not super busy so things stay out longer than they should. Atmosphere is nice and the coffee is good. Great place to meet up for a chat with a girlfriend. Guess I’ll go for something different next time.

Rao’s is a bakery that features cakes, gelato, coffee, pastries, and other desserts. We went for breakfast. They were out of bacon. The croissant ham and cheese was good. The food was a little overpriced. The staff were friendly. I recommend the cheesecake bites. I have been there before and the staff told us we had to put back the tables we had put together, which was little rude.

Excellent place to stop in for coffee or dessert. The wait staff has always been really friendly and there’s always an amazing assortment of desserts available from cakes to pastries and gelato. Occasionally there’s been live music inside which really adds to the experience.

Yum! That about wraps it up! They have wonderful cakes. I’ve sampled the chocolate mousse cake, the red velvet, and something covered in chocolate ganache. The hidden gem… the cinnamon apple bread. Buy a loaf, slice it up at home, and make the most delicious french toast the world has ever tasted. Trust me. It will change your world.
