Home Energy Matters

We hired Home Energy Matters to air seal and insulate our home. This was truly one of the best moves that I made. Hiring an honest and competent contractor for anything can be a challenge, but I got this one right. HEM came in, did a complete inspection and performed multiple tests with equipment that truly shows diagnostics. 2 days later I had a complete presentation by one of the owners detailing where my heat loss is and what they proposed, and how much it would cost. They went out of their way to provide superior customer service. They were constantly in contact and sent colanders with time lines, names of any subcontractors, etc. They managed everything and everyone and I was left with nothing to worry about at all. They did an amazing job, cleaned up everything and the price came in better than I expected. We subsequently brought them back to complete a separate construction project and again very pleased.
