Salon Soho

Very clean, professional and the staff were the helpful and nice. Got a one hour Swedish massage, got was the best I’ve had by far. The masseuse seemed very educated on several techniques. I could also tell they read my information form carefully and focused on exactly what was asked. I would definitely come back again and again. The only improvement I was suggest is because the top of each room is open sometime noise in the salon such as talking etc carried into the massage room which would be distracting but not so much that I would not return. Thank you!

Although I have a salon that I regularly go to, my nail girl seems to constantly be booked these days (that’s what I get for giving my salon such a good review, now everyone goes there!) so I purchased a $ 35 Groupon for a gel mani & pedi at Salon Soho & immediately called to schedule my appointment for Saturday morning at 10:30. When I showed up for my appointment, the salon was closed even though the sign on the door stated they opened at 10am on Saturdays. After both calling & texting the lady I had made my appointment with & not getting a response, I left & went elsewhere for the services I needed. An hour or so later, I received apologetic calls & texts from Salon Soho asking me to give them another chance & offering me a free massage to make up for the inconvenience. I should’ve cancelled my Groupon after this bizarre incident, but true to my nature, I’m too forgiving & decided to reschedule for 3 weeks out, this time at 10am. Lo & behold, would you believe I showed up for my 10am appointment & the salon was closed! Again, I both called & texted the same lady I had made my appointments with & when she didn’t answer, I left & again went elsewhere for my services. It’s been 2 days since my appointment was to have taken place & I’ve not heard back from Salon Soho. I don’t know if this salon is a «one woman show» or what their issue is, but it’s completely lacking in professionalism & because of that, I would not recommend purchasing any online deals for this salon. Oh, and in case you’re wondering, in the words of Alice Cooper, «no more Mr. Nice Guy” — I’ve put in a claim with Groupon to have my money refunded.

This place is GREAT ! the facility is clean and elegant and the staff are knowledgeable and professional. Naira did my moms mani-​pedi and mom can’t wait to go back !
