Not a super long wait in a Sunday afternoon, nice waitress, excellent grits and the waiter making ballon animals for children is a winner in my book

I haven’t been to this IHop in over 6months. I decided to give it one more try. The service was excellent. Barrie took good care of us. The whole place is different, clean and the landscape is Beautiful. The new manager Niko was awesome he really made this IHop go. I will be back. And friends and family will know about the improvement.

Honestly they need to revamp the food, stop with the frozen stuff. However, great after 2am… This time we went for a low key holiday dinner, and the food being the same didn’t surprise me, but the waitress was terrific! If I could remember her name to give her props I would! She entertained us, made us laugh and was cute as a button… Young gal, working on a holiday, super nice, great energy with her!

Worst IHOP I have ever been in, horrible slow service, rude manager. Go across the street to the Mexican joint if you wanna have a good breakfast with great service.

The worst IHOP I’ve ever been to. Slow, dirty and rude. We didn’t get the correct food and it was cold.

Food is good, service is bad. I would patronize a different IHOP location if at all possible.

omg… A couple years ago I went there and I had pancakes with syrup. the syrup was tasting funny, so I contacted a girl that was a supervisor at an Ihop. she said they did not change the syrup and it fermented… I swore I was never going to that Ihop again, anyway I did give it another chance. I was in the area and went for breakfast. Now I am a regular at the Ihop on glades and 441… so I know how harvest nut grain pancakes should taste. omg it was the worst, it tasted like it was going bad, it was crumbling. I am not one to make a scene as the overall place just looked ghetto. I however took a pic and sent to a server I know at the other Ihop, she was amazed! Please stay away from that place, I also have never waited 30 to 40 mins for a meal and a Crappy Ihop Pancake… Stay Away!

Worst IHOP I’ve ever been too. I’ve gotten better service at the McDonald’s no one wants to go to.

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! We ordered as soon as we sat down, it has been more than 25 minutes and we still do not have any food! I ordered grilled chicken on my salad and got fried, didn’t send it back due to the length of time it took to get the food in the first place.

I like Ihop in general.
I like this location too.

Good food and friendly waiters make me feel comfortable.
I wish it was slowly faster and the argument from the kitchen was quite bad.
Other than that, I love Ihop.
