REASON — Failure to respond to complaint filed against business. — Yes my roof did get clean, BUT, after the very first rain my roof is now ruined. This company will NOT provide their insurance information for me to file a claim. Their website clearly states that their product will not harm a stone coated metal roof but now they’re back pedaling on that. The scumbag owner of this company, Jerry Chirichigno, absolutely refuses to provide the name of his insurance carrier, as required by Broward County licensing division. I got the insurance info from the country and filed a claim. The insurance company denied my claim stating the damage was caused by «pollution» [the chemical Foambrite applied] and their insurance policy doesn’t cover damage caused by pollution. So basically, the 2 million product liability policy they claim is worthless. This story is far from over.
