Stay away!!! AWFUL AWFUL!!! I had the same experience as Suzie S. I only wish I saw this review before I went there. It’s a scam~not a business.
RUN don’t WALK!!!

I had a new prescription and was buying progressive lenses. They promised to fix them if there was problem (my eyes are sensitive to any presription changes) and charged $ 220 for «the best available» lenses. I had purchased other single vision glasses there with no problem, and was a repeat customer, but this was the first time I tried using them for progressives.
Unfortunately the new lenses made me dizzy. My eye doctor said the axis was wrong (this was confirmed by a third optometrist). Eyeworld demanded another $ 150 to fix them. Plus I was told by the twro other eyedoctors that Eyeworld used poor quality progressives
The frame selection is impressive but I feel ripped off.
I would never shop there again.
