Years after I posted the review below, the business owner reached out to me asking me to take it down. When I refused, he wrote the personal attack below and reported me to Unilocal for the bad review. Shame on him. All the more reason, beyond the bad service, to look elsewhere.

I recently used Face of Wood to install wood floors in my home. I could not have had a better experience.
My calls were answered promptly and Luciano was unbelievably patient as we discussed various flooring options. The company’s pricing was extremely competitive. All of the workers that came to my house were prompt, respectful and efficient. The final result was fantastic.
I interviewed 4 or 5 local contractors prior to selecting Face of Wood. Save yourself the trouble and call them first.
