Jumbo Wings N Things

When I visited Jumbo Wings in Pomona on Saturday, May 23, 2015, the counter was manned by two young men. I attempted to order a combo featuring the signature «jumbo wings» but was informed that there weren’t any so I switched gears, deciding on a 10 mini– wing combo. After a 20– minute– plus wait, I received the bagged box of food and upon my arrival at home, I discovered to my chagrin that I only received FIVE wings instead of the TEN that I ordered and– key point – paid for. I was not happy but the distance was too great to return and complain. As the sole customer, I expected perfect compliance with a simple 10-​mini– wing
combo.

I finally got to try their wings. Was soo excited because every time I saw the place it was closed. Friendly customer service. The wings were fresh and cooked just right and juicy. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their favors. Would recommend it to everyone who is in town and craving wings!!!

Their food is pretty good. It definitely hits the spot when you want some wings. Nothing fancy but the flavored. The wings pack a bit of a spicy punch, but nothing takes away from how crispy and juicy the chicken is. They also have good fried catfish. I suggest giving them a try if you’re in the neighborhood.

The fried chicken and mini wings are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Very good seasoning inside and out. All the accompanying sauces are tasty. My favorite is the mango/​habanero and ghost chili bbq sauce. Spicy!
Loaded potato fries are just that. Potato wedges topped with cheese, bacon, sour cream, chives, and so much more. It’s enough for four people.
Fried pickles yummy. Reminded me of the Fair style fried pickles. Dipped in ranch dressing and boo-​yaa!
Natalie and Michael are friendly and customer caring. Their father owns the eatery.

Finally got around to trying this place. We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, no wait at all which is so weird bc the chicken is DELICIOUS!
My husband had the 2 jumbo wing combo with fries and the mac n cheese bites and I opted for the 5 mini wing combo with celery sticks.
The food was hot and very fresh and the seasoning on the chicken was so yummy! Chicken came with a variety of sauces and I liked them all, especially the sweet chili one.
The young lady who took our order was so nice & helpful and made suggestions for us since we were new to the place.
We will def be back!!!

i went yesterday at 1 something in the afternoon for lunch and i was actually pretty hyped reading this reviews but to my disappointment your establishment wasnt open??? i went during your business hours so this wasted my lunch break and wasnt able to grab lunch…

My husband brought some home a few days ago and it was amazing! Seriously the best chicken I have had in a long time. The seasoning is on point, perfect crunch, and the fries are perfectly seasoned!

Great food for a good price. Felt like I was eating some home cooked comfort food. Drove over 80 miles to check it out because it was recommended to me, now I’m recommending it to you. Will Forsure go back soon.

Ok, so I’m not normally a huge fan of places like wing stop or things like that but I LOVE Jumbo Wings and Things. First of all, the portions are great, the food is actually delicious. like has real flavor, and they have a lot of variety.
The chicken is perfectly seasoned and is the full wing, not that cutlet other restaurants will serve you. Everything has this homemade authentic flavor and the have dipping sauces FOR DAYS! A few of my faves were mango habanero, chocolate (novel but GOOD) and this spicy buffalo spice you can shake on your wings or fries.
They’ve got desserts, drinks and things like mozzarella sticks so its pretty much your go-​to wing joint. Needless to say, I will be back. I went in the week they opened and they had a few specials so it is definitely worth a visit.
