I made more than 50 calls for tabletop glass replacement before I found Door & Glass Unique, They beat every price and time frame for completing the project of them all. They said what they would do and they did it exceptionally well and on schedule. Their showroom is a delight, with gorgeous front doors, wardroom doors, and samples of everything in their field of expertise. Linda gave every request her special attention.
If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

Linda, the saleswoman, had a really bad attitude when I tried to get a QUO for the entry door with low price. She did not want to answer the questions. The worst customer services that I ever had.. stay away from this sucker !

They charge $ 100 to do the estimate, which other business does for free. They gave me a quote of $ 500 to replace a French door glass, then raised to $ 550 and asked for 70% down payment, which I never heard of so large of down payment. The same day I got a quote of 260 from another glass installer. Stay away from that money sucking woman sales!

I was recommended to door and glass unique for my bathroom remodel. I ordered a frame-​less shower with all the accessories. Linda was very straightforward and clear with the design and pricing of all my options. I really liked the fact that she called me for follow up status on my orders. I even came in when she was already closed, but she told me to come in anyways and she will open the gate for me. Now that’s customer service.
