They will never get your order correct if you ask them to add an extra side like CHEESE, when ordering from the drive thru. They don’t understand this for some reason but they make it seem like they do.

I normally would go to the Albertos on garey but this one on holy is literally 4 minutes from my house so I started coming to this one… I would go before work almost every other day… quick and easy… I would get the burrito, side of chips, & guacamole. My burrito was HUGE… chips so fresh and hit it would burn my tongue… but all that ended today November 302015 …the burrito price has went up and it’s very small not even a lot of meat… idk what’s going on but high prices and no meat is a deal breaker for me …7.19 is what I paid today for a super burrito I used to pay 6 bucks for it and 9 something with my chips and guacamole added… maybe price went up after the holiday ??? It was a different staff today .it’s normally a guy at the window today it was a lady so maybe that’s why it’s all out of order … I’ll go back one more time and see if the burrito size will change or stay small.

I really wanted a machaca burrito and Alberto’s didn’t nail it. It sucked. I was very disappointed with my burrito because it didn’t taste good. Too bad Pete’s El Loco isn’t closer to me because every time I order a machaca there it’s always a hit.

I like this Alberto’s! They have gotten my order wrong a couple of times but not bad. They are very quick and I love their rolled tacos. You can miss it when you drive down the street so make sure to not drive past it. It’s right in the middle of a couple of buildings. I actually have never eaten inside so this is all drive through experience.

Decent place. Guacamole is more like avocado flavored sauce. Its been years since I last went here. Maybe almost 10 years. I remember this place was a lot better. Now not so much. Unless I really need a Mexican food fix at 2am I doubt I’ll be back.

This location is not one I’d get out of my car to eat at, but the drive-thru works and their mini tacos rock. Whenever I stop here, I order the same thing over and over: a cheese quesadilla with super extra light on the cheese, a mini chicken or beef taco and a large horchata. The food is good every time and they always give you plenty of salsa. This is my favorite«I’m-starving-don’t-want-to-cook-where-can-i-get-a-greasy-taco» place. Yeah!!!

TOALLTHE1STAR Unilocalers… um, this is Alberto’s, not EL Torito, or some mom/pop from Mexico hole in the wall authentic food restaurant. If that’s what you’re expecting, then I recommend staying away. Alberto’s has thrived for a long time, originally from San Diego. They have their own unique flavor and creation of Mexican/American fast food. This place is perfect for late night or on the run food. They’re known for their portions and creativity. Would you prefer Taco Bell? I’d rather there would be more Alberto’s at every corner than TB or Del Tacos. Carne asada burrito, machaca burrito, chile relleno burrito, super nachos, carne asada fries, carne asada quesadilla, three rolled tacos(aka taquitos), where are u gonna find this stuff at a cheap deal? Maybe you can find some of that in a sit down restaurant, but you’ll pay for sit down restaurant food.

Well what can i say about Albertos… Def not the best Mexican food on planet earth, but its also not the worst. They have several locations and if your feeling Mexican fast-food then this is the place to go. Pretty large menu and the food is descent. Do not confuse this place for a Mexican restaurant as you will be disappointed. If you haven’t tried it, i recommend visiting at least once.

I went to eat here after the Reptile Expo last Saturday. I ordered a wet burrito, and the quality of the food looked okay; however, when I was dining in, the environment was disgusting. There were flies everywhere, and an employee was killing them in front of me as I was eating. He did NOT wash his hands after he went behind the counter; he was serving the food. My family and I all got sick after we ate there, so know that you shouldn’t eat here because this restaurant is unsanitary. Save yourself from getting sick, too.

I’ve been to other Alberto’s… And I’ve like them a lot… But this one, on Garey On 8÷7÷12 around 9:00pm… The service was terrible. They got my order wrong. the food was not up to par with the other Alberto’s. I will never come to this location… If you’ve eaten at other Alberto’s and liked it… Please note that the one on Garey in Pomona, is just straight up bullshit with service… And the food… Was not the same. Very sloppy and smaller portions. AVOIDTHEALBERTO’S ONGAREYINPOMONA… If your in the area, just drive to another Alberto’s or go to Santana’s up the street.

What the hell is this? So we got there and ordered, but our car was parked badly, so we adjusted mid-order. We canceled our order, and reordered. 3 orders of carne asada fries, one with a Coke. Simple order, right? Apparently not. They only got two orders in, and when we had the audacity to correct him, he got sour and reluctantly took the order. When I got the order, my two friends got their others perfectly, and mine was competently barren. No cheese, no guacamole, no sour cream(yet I still got charged the same). I was really excited to try their carne asada fries, but this completely ruined it for me.

We used to eat her often and was never really disappointed. Today, will be our last time! The red sauce was spicy water. Someone ACTUALLY diluted to red sauce instead of making more. It was bright orange and had spice, but tasted like water. It was so disgusting. The woman took our order wrong, so we had to wait even longer for them to make another meal. The tortillas were gooey and almost raw tasting. Not sure what’s going on, but I will not be returning to this location again. Gross.

Well I’m disappointed. i used to eat here 10 years ago. It was pretty good back then. There are other Albertos locations that are good but this one… hmm not so much. I ordered 4 mini tacos, rolled tacos, super fries and a carne asada quesadilla. I can’t say any of it is what I remembered. and the sour cream on the fries tasted like border line spoiled. The lettuce and tomatoes throughout were not appealing… i will pass next time… service was really rude in the drive through. I’m surprised I got a thank you as I was leaving…

Alberto’s or Alberta’s depending on where you are in Southern Calfionia occupy all types of former fast food drive through locations. Former Taco Bells seem to be a conversion favorite. Like a hermit crab grabbing a new shell, Alberto’s does the same with former box top fast food spots. With this particular location it’s hard to tell but Alberto’s ALWAYS has the hooptiest drive thrus’s you have ever seen and just wait until you ask for a bathroom key(expect a full sized baseball bat with the key at the end). Anyhow this Alberto’s has to be one of the cleanest I have been to, and I only order one thing, rolled tacos aka taquitos. This location has them in 3 or 5 as a special that comes with a drink, two types of in house hot sauce and copious amounts of fresh guacamole(albeit on the thin side), lettuce and fresh shredded cheese make this a sure hit. Make sure and ask for the Pico de Gallo in a separate container as it’s mostly onions and can overpower the plate. It’s easy on the wallet at under $ 6. It is comfort food at it’s best. In an age when most drive through joints are nearing 7 to 10 bucks for a combo this Alberto’s is a welcome alternative. Look at it this way… if you are gonna blow all of your calories that you just burned at your Cross Fit workout… then it’s hard to go wrong with Alberto’s rolled tacos as your cheat meal. Hard to give this place more than a 3 star review because it’s just for the rolled tacos but I am leaning more towards a 3.5 star rating. I would absolutely come hear again when the craving hits me and I am in the area.

I’ve never had a bad order here. The breakfast burittos are straight forward: eggs, cheese and meat of choice, wrapped in a delicious tortilla. Plus, their hash browns are pretty delicious. Their non-breakfast food is great, too. Add the fact that they are open 24/7, have great house salsa and are rather speedy, you can’t ask for much more.

I’ve had better food from a burrito truck, but then again burrito trucks are hella good. The food was okay. Beans tasted like canned beans. And no refills suck. The only good thing is that you have access to mediocre Mexican food 24 hours a day. blah.(insert eye roll).
